This house is exceptionally well suited for a large family. It is divided into three spacious apartments and features a large and enjoyable outdoor area. The location is unique right by beautiful beaches, with shops within walking distance. There’s even a small restaurant just a short walk away. I highly recommend this house!

We were a big friends and family group - 9 adults and 6 small children. This villa was perfect for us, with 3 x 3-bedroom apartments so plenty of space for everyone. The communal areas are perfect - plenty of space and activities for adults and kids. Great location: the beach is just a short walk and there are plenty of lovely local restaurants in the vicinity. Owners are on-site and Ivana was super helpful with anything during the course of our stay.

Had an incredibly nice week! We had access to the entire garden and its range. Played basketball and barbecued in the evenings. The apartments were clean with a nice view of the sea and Brac. Nice beaches a short walk away. Running up the mountains was also a highlight. Local bus to Split leaves near the accommodation. The contact with Klaudija was perfect. Also helped us with transfers to and from the airport. The owner Ivana was very helpful and cheerful. Thanks!

We had a huge group of people with lots of kids! Absolutely amazing stay, cannot fault it!! Little beach bar at the bottom of the hill was a hit and kids had the best time ever! All facilities were incredible and owners were great. Looking forward to staying again!!!

What a fabulous property! We had such a great time as there was something for everyone; pool, hot tub, basketball net, pool table, table tennis table, playroom full of toys.....the list goes on. There were plenty of towels ( pool and bathroom ) and everything you could need in a kitchen....plenty of glasses, plates and saucepans. There was nothing we felt was missing. I think this might be the best property we have been to so far!

What a lovely location. Beautiful views over the sea to Brac. I could sit and watch the boats come and go all day. The villa is very spacious and a green sanctuary on the coast. Only a two minute walk to the swimming beach, although the walk up the hill is a good workout (worth it for the views). The villa (really three large apartments) has everything you would need and there are restaurants in walking distance along the beach.

Ivana was extremely helpful throughout our stay, gave clear instructions at the beginning and helped arrange a private boat trip which everyone enjoyed. The villa was outstanding - even better than in the photos. The 3 x 3 bed apartments worked well for our group, and the knives were even sharp!! I highly recommends this villa and host
