Villa del Mare 2 – three bedrooms, 700 metres from the beach

The Villa del Mare is recently built and is located in the enchanting marina of Torre San Giovanni, approximately 700 meters from the sea and the paradisiacal white sandy beaches, and about 300 meters from the center where all the main services are located.



Washing machine usable at a cost of € 0.50 per wash, 1 free wash per day is included.



The Villa has 3 bedrooms, including one double room and 2 triple rooms, 2 bathrooms with one featuring a shower, adining room with a built-in kitchenette (no oven is present) and an external space at the back of the structure equipped with an outdoor shower.

The front veranda is equipped with garden furniture to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners.

The reception manager will provide all information related to the accommodation, the area, and any nearby places to visit during check-in.

The same person will be present at check-out to perform the home inspection. During the stay, they will be available for any guest needs.



The accommodation is very close to the center and main services (bars, restaurants, pizzerias, seafront, ice cream shops) while at the same time enjoying a location that allows you not to give up the tranquility that a vacation can offer.
