Stayed Jul 27, 2024Property administered by our contact, Virginia, who was very welcoming and quick to help with our requests weekdays and weekends and that was very appreciated. Property rented with two houses and a pool on a large lot. Both houses in very good condition with the large house having 5 bedrooms decorated more traditionally and the smaller house having 3 bedrooms decorated in modern colours and style. The smaller house has a large terrace that accommodated our 12-person group around a large table and a BBQ. The view to the hills is uninterrupted and postcard beautiful. The two-house configuration offered us some separation with part of the family having smaller children. Kitchen adequately equipped for us who cooked half the time in our two-week stay. WiFi in both houses was weak and intermittent in availability. Virginia is aware of it and efforts are being made to rectify the problem. Location of the property is very good affording day trips to many places within 1.5 hours away. There are vineyards withing 15 minutes of driving to go wine tasting, some walking distance away. The property is close to a road with light vehicle traffic by day. Overall, I rate the property a solid 8 out of 10 because 10 would indicate perfection (very difficult to achieve) and 9 would mean no small deficiencies existed. I recommend this two-house property to anyone who needs 8 bedrooms but also who wants some separation in the group. All those that we did have contact with were great and very professional. Points for that as well.

Stayed Sep 17, 2019Beautiful property, newly refinished, panoramic views for miles of vineyards, olive groves, and the Tuscan sunset! We were able to arrange for a chef to host a cooking class at the villa and it was fantastic! Highly recommended!
