We stayed here for my 50th birthday celebration with 4 other couples and it was perfect! Each couple had their own bedroom with at least a queen size bed, the bed were comfortable and we each had our own full bathroom with an additional 1/2 bath out in the common area. We had a catered taco meal the first night, delicious. The only bummer was that the caterers took the leftovers and we would have loved them. The pool and hot tub were a great size for our group. Pedro, our concierge was very responsive to any questions/concerns. We traveled by uber everywhere we wanted to go and it was quick and inexpensive to get to down the where all the restaurants and most activities were. Highly recommend, would love to stay here again!

Multiple issues with this company & property and as much as I tried to dispute the issues they took hardly any ownership (a refund of ~$300 after spending $5k+) Needless to say I will never use them again. Confirm the following before your stay- - Outdoor table falling apart- had to use a bed sheet as a table cloth to sit outside and eat with my family. Make sure they replaced this for actual use. - If you transport requires car seats, bring your own. I confirmed more than 3 times and of course- no car seats showed up. We had to wait an hour in the heat for our bus to come prepared with car seats. - The welcome text from your concierge is an automated message. No one cared to tell me and I could not get any requests replied to. - Request that your concierge be there for your arrival to help with bags and welcome you. Ours was not and we truly needed the help with 3 infants and luggage. - Request that any visits from the concierge or property management not occur every day of your stay during dinner. Every single dinner was interrupted by them. - Make sure the showers are cleared of mold. The interior is quite dated, so that doesn't help the esthetic & feeling of cleanliness. - The owner of the house does watch you from the outside camera by the table that is falling apart. Learned this by urgent calls because we had covered the camera with 1 year old birthday decor. - The pool is not heated unless the hot tub is on and the hot tub water waterfalls into the pool.

A group of family and friends stayed at this villa. Management went beyond and above to accommodate us. House was even nicer in person. Location is very accessible to all the major tourists attractions. I was amazed at how comfortable the beds were.

People need to be aware this house is not safe. I stayed here with a group of 11 girls for a bachelorette party and the house was broken into in the middle of the day while we were on a boat. All of our cash and some personal belongings were stolen. All of the doors and windows were locked. The staff was responsive and handled the situation very well, I have no concerns about that. However I would not recommend staying here (especially a group of females) as we had major safety concerns after the incident.

Villa De La Luz is gorgeous, spotlessly clean and exactly as advertised with charming decor and five master suites. It was a perfect oasis for five couples meeting up for a birthday weekend in Cabo. Everything at the house was ready, working beautifully and prepared for us. Pedregal is very private community built into the hills above Cabo, so walking to the community beach and town is doable but might be a challenge for some. We loved it and getting a taxi or Uber is very easy if you need it. Contacting the property manager for questions from the US was a pleasure, but we did struggle a bit more to get questions answered once we’d arrived at the Villa. The person assigned to the house may have been fairly new. Overall, I highly recommend the Villa for a group gathering! The comfort could not be matched, and the whale watching from the beach was an unexpected bonus.

I rented the place for my 30th birthday! Everything was good, but the maid only came once during our stay, and the property manager never came. The only one who was consistent was the concierge Luis! He answered all my questions and documented anything that was wrong with the place when we got there, which was the knob in the double head shower was loose , dryer knob wasn’t working and light was out on the upstairs patio.

House was amazing, even more beautiful than the pictures. Went for a bachelorette party and it was everything we hoped for! Quick and easy communication with the concierge who helped us with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this villa!
