Villa Dalmatica SAVE 20 percent on Split-villas com

First trip to Croatia and it was wonderful. Located just 15 minutes outside of downtown Split in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room for my family. The host was the best part of the trip. He met us to walk through the house and then gave us excellent restaurant and site seeing activities.

Two families with grown kids had a great time in this villa. Close to stores and the beach. Great input and recomnendations from owner diring the whole week.

This villa is amazing! We absolutely loved staying here, it was a perfect property for our group holiday (ladies aged 49-55). The room sizes are very spacious, decor is lovely and fresh, it is spotlessly clean and was well equipped to meet all our needs. On the upper floor each bedroom has access to a balcony. Downstairs kitchen and living area are open plan and is also to a very high standard. We loved relaxing in the spacious outdoor seating area which overlooks the well kept pool and garden area. Henry and his wife were so very helpful with everything , personalising our trip celebrating friends birthdays, arranging airport transfers, booking activities in advance and giving restaurant recommendations. They were super helpful and friendly and kept in contact from time of booking and throughout our stay, we couldn’t have asked for more…they were wonderful. The villa location is peaceful, yet only 50metres to a well stocked supermarket. 5-10 minute walk to the sea front, 20 minutes walk into Stobrec where we enjoyed paddleboarding with Adriatic SUP. Uber into Split took around 15 minutes. Overall this property everything we could have wanted and more! We would all come back here without hesitation and can highly recommend it in every way. We had an amazing time at this Villa. From the time I booked this property our host Henry was extremely helpful and very responsive to ALL of our inquiries. We had finished up a 2 week sailboat charter and we were looking forward to relaxing. On our arrival Henry met us and oriented our group of 12 ladies to our temporary home away from home. He was incredibly welcoming and gave us tips of where to eat (Restaurant Jure on the beach was phenomenal!!) Took us to the nearby grocery store after our arrival for a few foods/drinks. Henry was able to organize ALL of our many and varied transport needs. The pool is lovely, clean and the yard area very private. Our Host is truly exceptional and his lovely property is so comfortable and welcoming. You will not be disappointed !!! Henry, Thank you so much???

This spacious villa has a perfect bedroom configuration for families and groups of friends - even though we occupied all the rooms we all felt as though we had our own space, and with three bathrooms and enough hot water for 12 people every day there were no arguments either. The kids loved the pool, the location of the villa is ideal for restaurants, nearby towns, beaches and parks, and Blanka and Henry were faultless hosts who were always on-hand if ever needed and had thought of everything in advance to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We highly recommend both the villa and the hosts. Fabulous holiday in beautiful Croatia.

Due to Covid situation we cancelled bcz we weren't sure of our flight. Owner refunded us even he didn't have to .We are happy we still managed to arrive . We spent some wonderful time in Split .We felt safe since house provided us privacy .I have to mention amazing restaurant Jure They delivered food to us when we didn't feel going there for a lunch . Exelent place on the beach to enjoy your meal

Six adults and five children had a great time. All our expectancies were fulfilled. Wonderful house with everything we needed. The host was very serviceminded. An excellent stay!

The apartment was very nice and especially we appreciated the pool, which was nice and clean. Everything was in good shape, there were enough sunbeds and the aircondition worked perfectly. We will recommend this apartment strongly.

The property is perfect for family stays. The layout of the bedrooms upstairs is perfect for small children to stay. The pool is very fun friendly but the steps down needs a handrail. It is just a pity that there is no view from the Villa. But the walking down did us good. Also the taxi which Henri gave us to use was brilliant..
