Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of Europe, defined by the poet Camões as where the land ends and the sea begins is only 4 Km away.



After passing Cabo da Roca and already on the way to Cascais you can see another beautiful beach Guincho about 15 Km away where the world windsurf championship is held and recently known for the practice of kyte surfing. Cascais also has a marina which is a noble space for leisure and comfort. It has been the scene of major international events such as the America's Cup World Series Cascais 2011, World Sailing Championship 2007, among other competitions.
