VILLA COSMOPOLITAN on the canal with pool & boat dock - an oasis of calm!

A prefect week in a beautiful home. I wish I could buy it.

my family and I checked in on Saturday around 2am (4 adults and 4 kids). Yes, the house was beautiful and clean. Sunday , While I was at the supermarket property manger showed up to do a check in walk through. My aunt was at the house with the 4 kids. The manager came in with a weird attitude and walked straight to the pool area to check how many kids were there . One of my aunts lives in that same area 5 minutes drive from where the house is located therefore we spend most of the time with her . Mostly every afternoon we will all leave the house to go places and did not come back until 8pm or after . Sunday evening I was out picking up food when my aunt called me to tell me that the next door neighbor came through the backyard door to harassed the kids . He was steering at the girls and told them to stop playing . My aunt immediately approached him and told this guys to get out of the backyard and if he needed something to talk to me . The kids felt harassed by this men. That same night I received a called from the property manger saying a neighbor called accusing me of having loud noise , etc. I told her is only 4 kids playing . I felt not only harassed, but also discriminated On Monday we all left the house around 4pm and spend the rest of the afternoon and evening at the beach with family . Tuesday morning I received an email from the owners with not only false accusations but also with a threat . On their email owner said that we needed to vacate by 2pm that day. They accused me of having parties at the house and over 10 people staying . They also mentioned that the neighbor keeps complaining of loud noises and that they have everything on cámaras At that point I was extremely upset . I responded and demanded for them to send evidence of their false accusations. We never had a party in that house . The only day it was more than 8 people at the house was Saturday when my aunt who lives in the same area came with her daughter , her husband and my grandmother to the house . She left around 8pm Everyday was mostly 4 kids at the pool playing . I replied back to the owners and property manager with a detailed email letting them know that I have proof of their false accusations and that they better stop with their harassment or else I was going to contact my attorney to handle it After my reply didn’t heard from them. Definitely not a place to enjoy if you have kids

This house is just amazing. Our family had a week that was relaxing & fun. I hope we can return someday.

Just a great property, everything as described and pictured, perhaps even better. Communication with both the owners and the manager on site was very good. Would definitely recommend

This was our second visit and I can't say enough about this home. The house is very clean and so close to everything. It is equipped with everything you need and then some. We were happy to have the shower chair for my mom to use in the shower. So many extra touches. God willing we hope to be back again next year. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home again. Take care.

My goodness, I can't say enough wonderful things about this house. It was fully equipped with everything we would ever need, including tupperware containers, cooking items, towels, etc. While we were still there, i started messaging the owner to see if we could come back! The house was so clean and tidy (my dad and I loved the pictures in the drawers and cabinets to show where everything went)! There is a screen that comes down to separate the pool part of the lanai from the table and chairs. We thought this was a great feature, especially for the days/evenings when it was raining. The screen protected us so well, we didn't even get wet, but could still see outside. Overall, this was BY FAR the best house i have stayed in and absolutely will be coming back!

This home was well equipped and perfect for kiddos who like to swim!

The pictures on the VRBO do not do this home justice it is absolutely beautiful and amazingly clean. Check in/out was very smooth. Great location. We had a problem with the a/c and the owners went above and beyond to make we were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again totally worth every penny. ❤️

We had a family of six and there was plenty of room. Check in was an ease and management was great. House was very modern and clean. Had everything we needed. Pool was great and the hot tub was hot. We would love to stay here again. Thank you very much. Mike and Shelly
