Stayed Jun 1, 2025We had a wonderful stay. The house is exactly as pictured. ...okay maybe not exactly, but I've rented enough beach houses to understand that it's impossible to avoid some wear and tear from the salt air. During the time we were there we were able to view both the sunrise and the sunsets from over the water. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and also being able to use the pool. We liked how close the house was to the heart of Progreso. The AC kept the bedrooms comfortable. Most of us felt that the beds were comfortable (a few mentioned the ones in the rear bedrooms were a bit harder?). The kitchen was decently equipped. A great value. I would love to go back!

Stayed Apr 20, 2024The photos are 100 percent accurate. Right on the beach and spacious. It is honestly sprinkled with a few dated fixtures and the shower heads need to be replaced. AC worked wonderfully and having a laundry room was a big plus. We went kayaking, swimming in that warm ocean, and also hired a local chef. Lallo the property was always available if needed and the nicest person you could deal with. He made sure we were comfortable and made some great recommendations for local places in Progreso and Mérida.

Stayed Dec 22, 2022The property is very comfortable for large group of people, location is relately close to Progreso Malecon which is the place to be there, pool is small but youre next to the beach. Remember to agree transportation before your arrival as car rental (herts, avis, national and so on) is very difficult and cumbersome during vacations but there are many local services that work very well
