Take Interstate I-75 to Exit 217 from Tampa(from Miami Exit 217B) and head west on SR 70.

After 2.9 miles, turn right at the ALDI supermarket onto 45th Street East. Follow the road and take the second right onto “Sabal Harbor”. (Ignore the first right turn which is Sabal Key). Follow Sabal Harbor Drive and 4888 is Located on the right hand side towards the end just before the road curves to the left.

Parking is available on site for a maximum of 2 cars in the driveway.

With good road connections, you're not far from major highways, making it easy to explore the wider Bradenton and Sarasota areas, including beaches and cultural attractions. It is conveniently located to the beaches, shopping, and to the Interstate to go to the amusement parks at Orlando.

This property must be rented for a minimum of 7 nights. Home Owners desired minimum stay is 60-nights in season. If the travel dates you are looking for don’t appear to be available, please contact our reservations team directly and we will see if we can accommodate your request at your property of choice, or another comparable home in our portfolio.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Accidental Damage Insurance: Accidental Damage Insurance is included within all guest stays at The Bay & Key Collection. On this property, for stays greater than 29 nights, an additional $90 will be due as the current rates are for 29 nights or less. For additional blocks of 30 nights past 59 nights you, will be charged $71.

Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.

    This was our third year at Coquina. We live the area as it is close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The house has everything you need for your stay. Austin was amazing to work with and took care of everything. Gulf Coast Holiday is a great choice for all your vacation needs!!

    Very nice house. With a very good size pool and comes with a lot of toys and pool accessories. Not far from Anna Maria Island and there beaches. Very welcoming and nice. For sure would come back and stay there again. Not far from some good restaurants (Mexican, sea food, fast food, etc).

    I had my 12, 7 and 3 year old with me. The house had everything we needed and then some. Pool was so inviting and always gave the kids something to do. Neighborhood was nice and only about 20 minutes from the beach! Would stay again!

    This was a great house. Had everything we needed for a great FL vacation. Beach toys, chairs, umbrella and pool toys left in the garage for use. Also, property management company was great. Easy check in and out and lots of great info emails leading up to stay. Best part was 48 hours before arrival an email was sent that summarized everything in one place. I’ve never used a company that did this. Didn’t have to dig through my inbox to find all old emails for info.

    Location was the key to this property... within 5 minutes of many grocery stores and restaurants and about 30 minutes to Siesta Key.
