Stayed Aug 11, 2025The villa itself is lovely, but the management company were totally unresponsive. We had no bed linens, or pool towels, and one of the bedrooms and one bathroom were rendered unusable by an ant infestation. In another of the bathrooms, there was no water being fed to the taps, meaning you couldn't wash your hands in there, after using the toilet.When we contacted the management about these matters, we were eventually told there was an extra charge for bed linens, but not what it was. Eventually we were told it was an extra 20-25 Euros per person for bed sheets.We were told someone from maintenance would attend to survey the ant infestation, but they never did. We rented a four bed, four bath villa, and only used three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and had no bedsheets.It would be fair to say that we felt totally ripped off, and will never book anything handled by Abahana Villas again.
