Villa Cisne Beside The Strip, With Private Pool And Garden

Booked this villa for my daughter’s 18th birthday, it was a mixed group of family and friends aged from 65 to 18 year olds.All of the group loved the location of the villa, it was equipped with everything we needed and the pool was massive.Jim our point of contact went above and beyond.Answering any questions before and during our stay.All of the group loved it Thank you for our stay

If you’re looking for a place to stay to hit the strip then no questions asked you may aswell just book the place now. The place is a 30 second walk to the new town strip which makes it ideal for lads/girls holidays. For me and my group it was perfect - made easier by the owners communication and clarity. He often replied instantly and made everything clear and the overall experience less of a headache. We didn’t bump into any issues at all, however, if you do stay here the showers are quite hard to get the hang of. That’s my only negative review if you can even call it that. 100% recommend!!!

Excellent location

Our overall opinion was oke. The location of the villa is perfect if you want to go clubbing in Albufeira. The pool was refreshing and a good temperature, however after the first few days the pool became really dirty. Because of this, some of us suffered from an ear inflammation. Luckily we did get a new pool-pump later that week, which solved the problem. The villa was nicely cleaned when we entered, unfortunately some of the aircos started leaking mid-week. Because of the close distance to the strip, a lot of strangers walk into the villas alley. These strangers broke into the houses of our neighbours and threw there furniture into the pool. A different time strangers threw sausages and other food into the neigbours yard. We were luckily not effected by these actions. However, it felt like the host pointed his fingers at us for both actions, while we had nothing to do with this. He also didn’t respond to some of the messages I sent him. This made my experience with the host not really great. The pictures shown in the advertisement were not the villa we were offered, we stayed in the house nextdoor. Our villa was kind of the same, but this is still something I want to point out. Overall, we had a nice time and I would recommend visiting Villa Oura if you like to party with your friend-group.

Great stay

Can’t beat the location if you want to hit the strip and the beach. Swimming pool was nice but couldn’t use it near the end due to it being too dirty. Other than that had an amazing stay

A great house in a perfect neighborhood for us!! The communication with the owner and manager was great and quick. The house was slightly different then some of the pictures, but we still enjoyed it! Thanks for the great week!!

We had a wonderfull stay at this villa which is located nearby the strip. The communication with the manager was perfect!

Finally we got our holiday after a 2 year delay due to covid. I didn’t really want to write a review but got the email to give feedback. The property is not how it is advertised. For the price we paid this villa is very dated. One of the showers didn’t work at all. We had constant problems with 2 air con machines in the bedrooms. Work men would come out and ‘fix’ them only for the to start leaking moments later. We had to use buckets and towels throughout our 2 week stay to prevent the floor becoming a death trap for our children and the risk of slipping. The WiFi didn’t work, which was finally sorted when another person came out to sort it. The beds are all extremely uncomfortable and we all had to rotate to try and get a decent nights sleep. On the Saturday night of our first weekend we were burgled. They took all my bank cards, cash, driving licence, 2 I pads, a laptop, trainers, cigarettes and vapes. We had to call the police, who attended at 4am. This happened during the night while we were asleep In bed. I contacted the host only to be told if there is no damage at the point of entry then there was nothing they could do. I understood that and We didn’t want them to do anything but a bit of reassurance or compassion would of been nice. I have being going to Portugal for 30 years and never experienced anything like this. We have previously stayed in the villa next door , 7 years ago and the sound from the strip was never an issue however this time the music was loud on certain nights. We travelled with a 3, 6, 12 and 15year. The loud music did stop around 22:30hrs from a club that did themed nights but you could then hear the base sound from the clubs and bars on the strip. The positives for the villa are the outside area. The sun loungers were comfortable and the pool a nice size. The area has gone down hill and what once use to be perfect for a family holiday I would not recommend for a family stay. Unfortunately Portugal has now left a bitter taste in our mouths and we will not be returning. It’s just disappointing how much the whole holiday cost in total to get a villa that was not up to scratch for the money.

Everything was very good and as expected. We did find the pool very cloudy, we weren’t sure if it was clean enough.
