Villa Chrysta is a beautifulproperty located in a serene and secure gated development. Surrounded by a lush and mature garden, this property boasts a large swimming pool measuring 11x5.5m and a spacious outdoor area with uninterrupted sea views, perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean sun.

The ground floor features an open plan living area with a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, a dining table, a comfortable sofa set, and a large smart flat screen TV. There is also a shower room with a toilet on this level for your convenience.

The first floor of the villa offers four fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each with spacious wardrobes, and three of them featuring a sea-facing balcony. There are also two bathrooms on this floor, providing ample space and privacy for all guests.

Villa Chrysta provides free high-speed Wi-Fi as well as a variety of board games and table tennis for your entertainment.

The property is located a short drive (~35-45') from the vibrant cities of Larnaca, Nicosia, and Limassol.

Note that there is one more separate villa within the gated development which shares the same driveway.

At your arrival, I will be pleased to meet and greet you, show you around the property, and provide useful information about the villa to help you settle in comfortably. However, in case of late arrival or any other unforeseen circumstances, I will send detailed self-check-in instructions to ensure that you have a smooth check-in experience.

Larnaca airport is 25 minutes away.

Closest organised beaches are Maia beach (1km) and Alaminos beach (2km).

Zygi village which has a beautiful marina and many fish taverns is 10 minutes away.

Kiti village which has all amentities you may need is 15 minutes away.
