Stayed Aug 2, 2025House was very good. A couple of the doors needed repairing. There were no instructions left at house for oven barbecue etc. Lady who opened house for us did not speak a lot of English so instructions difficult. Ten minutes walk to centre so location was excellent although uphill on way home. Pool was good. Kitchen was very well equipped if you wanted to cook

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Beautiful stylish home with all mod cons, close to all amenities. Gorgeous clean pool, great wifi and underfloor cooling all added to our enjoyment. Christine and Max (the hosts) live very close by and are always on hand, not that we had any problems! Highly recommended and we’d love to return.

Stayed Aug 27, 2022Easy to walk to Aix old town, but on a peaceful cul-de-sac. The house was fabulous with everything you need. Just take all the insect repellent you can carry.

Stayed Oct 15, 2021Refurbished to a high standard, with four bedroom (we only used two) all with en-suite bathrooms. Our kids loved running around the pool and playing in the garden. Off-street parking on-premises and with security (electric gate) was reassuring. We would be delighted to stay at this property again and appreciate our hosts, who live next door but left us alone for the duration of the stay.

Stayed Sep 12, 2021My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The Villa is a perfect distance from the old town. We are big walkers and did not need a car. We shopped at the markets for amazing fish, meats, cheese and then brought it back to the Villa to cook and enjoy the outdoor pool and barbecue. The kitchen is very well stocked too! The beds were nice and firm. Plenty of pillows and towels. We stayed a week but we should have stayed for two! The hosts were very warm and kind. Overall, a great stay!

Stayed Jul 14, 2019Great house, lovely location, helpful owners who were on hand to advise us and communicate with us. The house is near the town so we didn't have to use the car at all during our stay which was great. The walk to the house is a bit uphill but no problem for anyone who is reasonably mobile. We travelled with three children, the youngest of whom was 9 years old and she had no problems walking. Pool was great and everything was spotless.
