We are located in the Aurelio district of Rome, 6.9 km from Battistini Metro Station. This villa offers private parking, a beautiful pool, a shared kitchen and a small equipped gym overlooking the garden.

The villa includes two autonomous and independent apartments: the first apartment, on two levels, has a double bedroom and a single bedroom; a living room with coffee machine and a sofa bed, a solarium terrace with a view, two bathrooms.

We had a wonderful stay here Caterina and Annalisa were very nice and accommodating. The location worked great for us, we rented a car but you can also get to the city by a bus that stops right in front of the property. My spouse was not sold at first about us staying a little out of the city but was very happy by the end of the trip.
