Stayed Dec 28, 2025We absolutely loved our stay here! It reminded my family and I of a family cabin on a lake we used to own in the Midwest. Boan was a great host, and if something wasn’t working properly, he was on it!

Stayed Dec 3, 2025It’s a great location and the owner is very communicative. But it does need some maintenance. Broken chairs, sliders don’t open, screen doors need replacing or fixed. The kitchen is poorly stocked. We’ve stayed at many RP properties and this one was not our favorite although the location was great and the owner is great.

Stayed Sep 5, 2024I’ve been coming to Rocky Point for decades and can say this Villa is the best place I’ve stayed at to date. Large floor plan. Every room had its own bathroom. Huge living area, and patio. Fire pits, grill, and the beach right outside the window. I could go on. The host was very responsive to the handful of questions I had. He even arranged to have a fresh propane tank delivered the day I him it was running low. Will definitely be staying here again!
