Located in a quiet villa neighborhood in El Sauzal, you are only 15 minutes and 30 minutes away from Puerto de La Cruz and Santa Cruz, the two most attractive cities on Tenerife.

On the large, roofed terrace where you have a great view of the sea from almost every corner, it nearly feels as if the sea is right in front of your door. And indeed, the nearest sea access is only 5 min. away from the villa and the famous black sand beaches of Puerto de La Cruz are 15 min. away. However, the garden itself already offers an enormous amount of relaxation possibilities in walking distance. On a size of almost 3 tennis courts, many different plants and palm trees provide natural shade around the pool therefor nothing stands in the way of your fun and relaxation with family and friends in your private home.

In the evenings El Sauzal and its surrounding area offer you many great restaurants for fine dining with magical views of the sea and landscape. In the Villa itself you will also not lack for anything. A modern kitchen and a complete outdoor BBQ area offers plenty of room for evening entertainment. But with all the food preparation you should not forget to enjoy the daily sunset over the Atlantic Ocean with a cool beer or a glass of wine. It is up to you whether you want to accompany the mood with a song on the white grand piano in the living room.

A lovely, quality villa with the most beautiful garden and pool. The property is accessed down a steep road and is a couple of kilometres from the nearest shops/restaurants so a car is necessary. The photos and description are a true reflection of the villa. If you are looking for peace and quiet with good wi-fi then this is the place for you.

A beautifully positioned property set in stunning gardens. Relaxation all round. Car necessary for the local amenities but all within easy reach. The local coastline is astonishingly lovely.
