The traditional cafes, shops and restaurants of Pollensa Old Town are 10 minutes' drive away, whilst the more contemporary seaside resort and beach of Puerto Pollensa are around 15 minutes by car. This striking and spacious villa has a large pool and lawned garden, a brick BBQ and several authenticSpanish features. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are also included.

This impressive villa is perched in the foothills of the Santa Puig de Maria hillside, right by Pollensa's golf course. Pollensa Old Town is only 10 minutes' drive away, on the other side of the hill, and from there the road continues through the countryside into Puerto Pollensa. The old town is filled with traditional shops and places to eat, with open stonework architecture to admire. By contrast, Puerto Pollensa has a more contemporary feel, with many stylish bistros along its beach, marina and famous Pine Walk.
