Important notices



The Balearic Islands apply a tourist tax, known as the Ecotax, which must be paid by all guests over 16 years old.

The tax is charged per person and per day:

from 1 November to 30 April: €0.55 and

from 1 May to 31 October: €2.20.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half.

The Ecotax can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or in cash.

Payment is mandatory.



A welcome package is provided free of charge with each booking.

Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
