Maria met us on arrival and was very welcoming showing us where everything was etc . Villa was very spacious as was the outside areas . Pool and surroundings were superb. Great holiday , we will be back

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Finca (3 Familien, 3 Kleinkinder). Das Grundstück ist gut gepflegt und schaut exakt so aus wie auf den Bildern. Guter Pool mit Whirlpool Funktion. Wie schon in einigen Rezensionen angemerkt, ist die Sommerküche ein Highlight - Babyphone mit genug Reichweite ermöglichen hier auch mit kleinen Kindern schöne, lange Abende :)man erreicht mit kurzen Autofahrten diverse Strände und Wanderungen. Klare Empfehlung!

We recently stayed at this lovely villa for one week with my family and had a really fantastic time using the the facilities . Our Hosts are lovely people and so helpful. Checking in was very straight forward once we located the villa. It was very exciting exploring the villa and so much to see. The pool and dining area adjacent the pool are what makes the villa so special. To be honest we only used the main villa to sleep. We we really appreciated the welcome pack on our arrival which our lovely hosts left for us, it was such a nice touch specially as we were delayed and arrived late. I would definitely recommend this villa for hire, for a very restful holiday.

Very nice place, lovely pool and garden, we just lived outside and used the outdoorkitchen. Very clean, there was a small present with fruit and some drinks when we arrived late, that was really awesome. Would always come again!

We had a great stay in this Majorcan Villa. The stand out feature for us was the excellent pool and entertaining space. This meant both teenagers and adults could mingle, whilst enjoying the sun. We as a family spent the majority of our time either in or around the pool, using the poolside entertaining area as the hub to our holiday including kitchen / dining. The main Villa whilst charming was really only used for sleeping and bathroom facilities (although again shower room and toilet also down poolside. The location was great as set between Pollenca and Alcudia, although you will need a car. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Well stocked, comfortable house. Interior of the kitchen of the main house somewhat dated, but we were there during summer so you only use the garden kitchen anyway. Amazing pool with jacuzzi, beautiful garden, quiet area. Our kids had a blast

We had a wonderful week in the fantastic house and especially at the area around the pool and pool-house. Many many good hours were spend here :-) Every time we had a question or request, there was a quick answer from Josep - he was very helpful and nice. Only 2 complains, is first, the missing air-condition at the repos (where we had 2 people sleeping) .... in July, it's too hot to sleep without an air-condition. (maybee the owner would rebuild the dinning room into a sleeping room with an air-con.. ? :-) And then I have to say that the floor in the bathrooms gets very slippery when it gets wet - only one not getting slippery, was the bathroom at the pool house. If you're looking for a well equipped villa, far enough out to be peaceful but only 10 mins drive from the old towns of Alcudia and Pollensa, this is for you. This was a family home and it shows the minute you walk through the door, it's so much more than just a 'holiday villa' Clean with a never ending feeling of space both inside and out, the pool area with its accompanying kitchen is where we spent 90% of our time. There were three of us and in all honesty it's a bit too big for 3 , 4-6 would be the ideal number but it does sleep 8. Miguel the owner does have a storage facility for his agricultural equipment next door but it's not visible from the main areas of the house and he was only there once during the week we were there. 45 mins from the airport, 10 mins drive to both Lidl and Eroski supermarkets, a car is essential if you're staying here.
