Villa Can Franck for 6 people in Alcudia. AC and free WiFi

Stunning property in a perfect location. Really clean and well equipped. Hosts went out of their way to help us check in early. Only a short walk to the old town. Just brilliant.

Fabulously located villa for the old town Alcudia. Well placed ‘Red Rum’ bar approx 100 metres from villa on waters edge. Hosts very helpful. Road noise can be a little noisy but did not distract from a relaxing holiday. Probably could do with some more Sunbed’s as only 2 available and possibly more kitchen utensils etc. would definitely return. Thank you ?

We visited Mallorca during the off season over the US Thansgiving holiday with the intent of visiting cultural and scenic places on the island without all the tourist crowds. Additionally we are looking for a place to retire or spend a good amount of time. Mallorca did not disappoint. The villa is 30 yards from the water where there is a paved walkway for a fresh morning walk or during afternoon sunsets. It is set on corner of a dead end street. The local restaurants, grocery store and other amenities are within walking distance. It gave us a wonderful perspective of how the locals live their daily lives. The expresso and local pastries were a daily morning favorite. The villa has wonderful kitchen and gathering area. The two bedrooms we used had great mattresses and the home is very quiet inside and out. Both of the bathrooms are very modern with rain shower shower heads. Additionally the property has a well kept and landscaped outside area with a nice pool, grill and dining area. The owners are extremely nice and very helpful with directions. places to see and restaurants. Also the villa is in a local residential area with no high rises and in between 2 or the Alcudia's largest beaches. Well paved roads make the entire island very accessible. If you want to spend quality time with your family and friends without all the high rise hotels and tourists yet very close to local amenities and restaurants then this villa will not disappoint. We would definitely stay there again and hope to visit again very soon.

The prompt response and helpful information when booking and the friendly, personal attention of the owners during our stay. The villa was beautifully decorated and the garden/pool were perfect. The location was ideal with access to lovely coastline/beaches and the nearby historic town of Alcúdia. Only minor points re the shower room fitments. Also worth cautioning about mosquitoes which were more intrusive than expected.

Five of us stayed, including a 3 year old, at the beginning of April. The house accommodated us well. The verandah was good for eating and lounging and the garden was excellent for laying in the sun (when it was out). The pool was a hit for splashing around. Parking was easy, just outside and the neighbourhood was generally quiet. It was a very short walk from the beach (not much sand but still enjoyable). Alcudia was a five minute drive or a 15 minute walk and provided plenty of diversion, especially the Sunday market. The property was well run and the owners, who lived upstairs, were very friendly and helpful.

The house is charming and has everything you need. The garden is beautiful, relaxing and very hard to leave. The house is in a great location. A 1 minute walk will bring you to great views from the local bar and a 15 min walk will bring you into the old town. I would highly recommend it.
