Villa Can Bolduc is a charming 3 bedroom traditional villa, complete with a terracotta roof and wooden shutters. The villa has an abundance of natural light - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Menorcan sunshine! Located just 10 minutes' walk from the sandy shores of Calan Blanes, you can enjoy all the restaurants and lively bars the area has to offer. The villa has a private salt water pool set in an attractive outdoor area, complete with a pool table, it's ideal for small families. WiFiand air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Can Bolduc is a detached villa just a 10 minute walk from Calan Blanes, a lively hub for dining, shopping and entertainment. There's a great waterpark here too, so you can be sure to find everything you need during your stay. Calan Blanes spans across to neighbouring resort Calan Forcat, famed for its rugged and rocky coves, historic architecture and tapas restaurants. The ancient capital of Ciutadella is just 10 minutes' drive away, great for a trip back in time - you can also pick up some souvenirs to take back home. Our villas Siena and Villino are nearby.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
