Villa Bellavista Poletti is a newly built holiday home on its own fenced plot of 4500 m2 in the village of Markovac, about 14 km from Porec and 11 km from the sea. In Visnjan, 2 km away, there is the nearest shop, a typical Istrian tavern, a pharmacy and much more.

The house built in 2014., is surrounded by greenery and offers beautiful panoramic sea views. Outside the house there is an outdoor pool with salt water, loungers and shower, 2 covered terraces with seating set, a summer kitchen with a brick barbecue, covered area with table tennis, table football, billiards and darts, as well as a swing, trampoline, goals for football (small) and an attractive gravel trail available for mountain bikers. There is parking space for two vehicles in the yard.

The owner of the house is a famous Istrian winemaker. His family home and wine cellar are just 50 meters from the villa, so he is always available to his guests.

Villa Bellavista Poletti is suitable for 6 persons, with a living space of 130m2. The house is equipped with modern furniture and consists of a living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, living room with beautiful panoramic sea view and access to a covered terrace and pool.
