The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden that is carefully maintained and well equipped, perfect for enjoying delicious breakfasts outdoors and with bowling green. Just below the villa is the salt water swimming pool (12x6) (15/05-30/9) equipped with sun-umbrellas and sunbeds. The property consists of two buildings: the villa and the annexe which can be rented for 13 people in July and August or 8 people (without the annexe) for the remaining period of the year. About 80 meters from the villa, in a completely independent position, is the residence of caretaker, who speaks several languages and is available to assist the guests during their stay without interfering in any way with their privacy. The accommodation has central heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi Internet connection. Included in the price: five hours/day of maid service 5 times a week. Parking on the property.
