Villa Bella Vita ENJOY VILLAS / 3 bdrm with AC / 3 bath / pool+lagoon access

We had a fantastic stay! Anais was amazing and very helpful. Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed at this property for 10 days and what a beautiful spot. Only complaint is that a few houses over was also rented out to a group that liked to make “noise” late into the night. Not this property’s fault as it was an excellent place to stay.

The location was ideal. It's so relaxing to wake up to the calm lagoon right there. The kayak and paddleboard access is a plus. There was more than enough room for our family of 5. Anais was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this property.

Older run down 4 bed beachfront unit. Kitchen was outdated and useless. Barely stocked with old crappy knife, pans and appliances. No towels to clean up. Bed in the dining room. 3 towels total. No hand towels, wash clothes or soap. No broom. Great pool with sparse unmatched furniture. Great view. Worst part the dogs and chickens. Between dog fighting at 3 am the roosters crowing for hours made sleep impossible. Once we checked in never heard back from host.

Overall a very enjoyable stay. We were disappointed with the ‘beach’ and the water did not seem very clean but the swimming pool was great and compensated for this. Small details needed attention ie unsecured toilet seat in one bathroom, light globe missing. Given the cost of the property we found the kitchen and catering equipment was rather poor in that cutlery and crockery, kitchen pans and serving dishes were not good quality and proper wine glasses were short in number. Laundry facilities were good. Surprised at the excellent security arrangements that suggested that the property was at risk of ‘break in’.

I really can’t speak higher of this property, they were so welcoming from the moment we walked in! Extremely clean, very responsive, flexible with arrival and did everything to make this an incredible trip! You NEED to book with this place!

Villa was perfect. Clement was excellent with communications. Convenient location with fantastic views. The kayaks were added bonus as was the swimming pool. Plenty of space with all bedrooms having a in suite bathroom. One bedroom is separate from the main house and looks out to the ocean.

The villa exceeded expectations the house, pool and amenities were all wonderful. The lagoon was lovely for playing and wading as coral was sparse. We spent time exploring all over the island so we did do a lot of driving as the best snorkeling we found was not incredibly close by.

Villa Bella was the perfect place to spend a week in Moorea. The lagoon views were stunning any time of day. After spending mornings at the beach, we spent most afternoons relaxing in the infinity pool. It was fun to take the kayaks out on the lagoon and tour around the area. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well. The location was also perfect for shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend the property for any stay on the most beautiful island of Moorea. Both Anais and Clement were very responsive and helpful.

We loved this property! The pool, kayaks and paddle board were a highlight. AC in the bedrooms was great. Super clean placeand great communication with the owners. Highly recommend.

This place is great. The house is very clean and comfortable. It’s has everything you need and is in the perfect location for exploring the tropical paradise. We would definitely come back.

Our stay at the villa went above and beyond our expectations! It was conveniently located near our favourite eatery, Snack Mahana. The panoramic view was spectacular and with the openness of the floor plan we could look out onto the vista easily from the kitchen and living room. Anais was wonderful, so helpful in every way. She made us feel so welcome. A memory we will always treasure!
