Villa Azur is nestled in the picturesque village of Mlini, offering breathtaking, panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea from every corner of the property, surrounded by pristine natural beauty. The villa is just a 10-minute walk from the stunning beaches and only 5 minutes from local bakeries and shops.

We provide three fully equipped apartments spread across two floors (ground and first), accessible via external stairs, and comfortably accommodating 8 guests. The villa spans 150m²and includes:

-3 Kitchens
-1 Living Room
-3 Bathrooms
-A spacious balcony on the first floor with magnificent sea views
The entire villa is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi.

Ground Floor:
The ground floor features a 2-bedroom apartment for 4 guests, complete with a bathroom and direct access to the outdoor areas. The fully equipped kitchen is located right next to the apartment.
Outdoor amenities include:
-A barbecue area with shade
-A dining area for 8 guests and a lounge area for 5 guests, both covered and outdoors
-A private pool (6x4m), solar shower, and deck chairs.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by the hosts as they explained the local area to us, they gave us a detailed tour of the house on top of that. The house was a beautiful location to stay in and all the amenities included worked perfectly, the pool especially was a massive hit and made it much easier to cope with the hotter days! I would totally recommend staying here, we would love to come again

Lovely villa split into 2 apartments which suited our family of 5 adults perfectly and provided plenty of space. Fantastic location to explore Dubrovnik and surrounding area or just chill by pool with amazing views or wander down to the beach which is 10 min walk down hill - water taxis and buses from Mlini are frequent so no need to hire a car . It was very hot during our stay so we used Uber frequently to get back to villa as quite a steep walk. Really responsive and helpful host and the welcome pack of fruit, wine, milk, bread etc was a lovely surprise.

The villa was perfect for us. Space for everyone and a lovely relaxing area around the pool. The location was great - a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants. Lots of hills coming back up though! And the views from the villa are amazing.

We stayed as 2 families at Villa Azur. The location is not ideal for people with walking difficulties as there are a lot of stairs. The owners are extremely helpful and absolutely have everything thing you need at the Villa. Thank you Aida and your family for letting us enjoy your beautiful Villa
