Villa Avoca - Four Bedroom Villa with Swimming Pool

Wonderful location for a short break from city life. Would return again if I have time.

We’d definitely suggest Villa Avoca to any couple looking for a getaway. From the moment we arrived, we loved the spacious living area and especially enjoyed the private balcony with sea views. Cooking together in the fully equipped kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable, and relaxing by the pool was just what we needed.

Located in Mlini, this apartment's balcony views of the Adriatic were stunning. The kitchen had all I needed for cooking meals, and the private pool was a refreshing escape after my explorations. For what it offers, it's a good base to discover nearby Dubrovnik while enjoying quieter evenings here.

Sun loungers by the pool were everything I needed.

I chose this property for convenience as I traveled with friends for a week of relaxation. Loved how close it is to both Cavtat and Dubrovnik, easy access made day trips fun without hassle.

The location was great, and the views from the balconies were breathtaking, We spent a lot of time outside, enjoying the outdoor furniture and barbecue, The dining table was perfect for family meals together,

A solid choice for a family getaway, The kids enjoyed the swimming pool, and we appreciated the comfortable sofa in the living room, The terrace was a great spot for evening relaxation,

I recently stayed in this lovely four-bedroom apartment and was blown away by the stunning sea view from the balcony, The spacious living room was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the private pool was a fantastic bonus, Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about how comfortable and cozy Villa Avoca felt, The hosts were very welcoming, and the decor was charming, We enjoyed the barbecue facilities in the garden, and the quiet neighborhood made it easy to unwind after a busy day

We appreciated the thoughtful amenities like free toiletries and towels, The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed, including a coffee machine and kitchenware, Overall, a very functional space for our family vacation,

Villa Avoca exceeded our expectations! The interior was beautifully decorated and had a warm atmosphere, We loved being close to the beach and found some great local dining options within walking distance, The nearby bus stop made it easy to visit Dubrovnik without hassle
