Casa Yolo is located a few steps from the beach, less than 100 meters , 3 minutes from the ocean and close to the restaurants.
Appliances are :dishwasher, stove, kitchen equipment, washer, dryer, coffee maker, blender.
Casa Yolo is now connected with Casita Yolo with a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with two pools, and two equipped kitchen.
In the main house Casa Yolo there are three bedrooms with a king size bed and 1 bedroom with two twin beds, all of them face to the big pool .
The 4 bedrooms are separated ,only two of them are connected through a shared bathroom.
There is a TV room, with comfortable sofa , laundry room with washer /dryer, a propane BBQ.and a private pool.

Casita Yolo, has two bedroom with their own bathrooms , a small pool and a equipped kitchen.

Both houses are connected by a door, and the two houses are on a single lot, completely enclosed.
Ideal for two families or a group of friends.

Place was beautiful and perfect for our group of 10. It was fantastic having 2 kitchens and 2 pools. It was great being close to downtown and beach, but still far enough away to have peace and quiet. There was a few issues we encountered, neither dishwasher cleaned the dishes properly, 2 of the sliding doors were not functioning properly. Maria addressed the issues of the doors promptly, but we had to be there while the doors were being worked on. There is construction going on next door. The new building being built provides a view into 2 the outdoor showers, and 1 of the indoor showers.
