Thanks so much to Gail and Steve for allowing us to stay in their apartment. Fantastic communication from start to finish. Breath taking views couldn’t ask for more xx
This apartment has everything you need for a home from home stay. Panoramic view of the coast and mountains were amazing, and very peaceful for a relaxing holiday. Gail & Steve are wonderful hosts and we enjoyed the fact that they are there when you need them but also very discreet giving you space and privacy. Their wealth of knowledge of the area will give you the chance to see places that you would otherwise not have known about. We had some lovely chats and enjoyed the company of Benito, Rusty and Frosty ….. not forgetting Torty , a very relaxing stay for us so we thank you both , we will see you again x
Clean and comfortable accommodation with friendly hosts. All advertised facilities were available and in good order.
Very well appointed and presented apartment in the hosts villa. A car is absolutely essential as it is on a nice urbanisation halfway up a mountain, hence the magnificent views. Our hosts were very helpful in every way and joined us for our wedding anniversary meal in Bar Daniel in Pego (very good and reasonable). Wonderful pool and Gail and Steve ensures that there was plenty of shade when needed. Wonderful relaxing stay. Muchas Gracias to you both M&B
Friendly and fast communication from when we booked until we left. The villa was exceptionally clean, very well equipped and has views which were amazing. It sure was an experience watching all the thunder and lighting ! lol The instructions in the villa on how to use the various appliances were very comprehensive and welcoming. However, we have never stayed in a villa before which has so many 'rules' . Thanks for having us - We would have loved meeting you both.
El Rà fol d'Almúnia is a lovely villa which is set back but also close enough to have lots to do. Gail and Steve were both very welcoming and offered lots of advice on restaurants and activities to do. The villa was clean to a very high standard and offered everything you need. (Even buckets and spades for the beach) Excellent visit with excellent hosts. We were all very happy with the stay and will definitely visit again. Thanks Gail and Steve Sam, Sarah & Rory
A pretty villa set up on the mountain side with stunning view across orange groves, Pego and the sea. Our lovely host was there to greet us and settle us into our villa. The villa was spotless. We had two bright rooms that looked out towards the sea. The terrace had a pool and hot tub too. We had a wonderful week and we’ll definitely be back again.
Where do I start with this villa, the views are breath taking, pool is a good size and hot tub is a bonus for a night time dip. The family's cats pop in for a cuddle and treat and the tortoise will keep any child entertained. There is everything you need in the villa and it's clean and tidy. A car is a must as I wouldn't want to walk to the bins let alone anywhere else with the hills. Would recommend and hopefully we will be back soon
Had a week at Gail and Steve’s apartment and it was not long enough! The setting is fabulous and we never tired of looking out across the villas towards the sea. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool was so inviting in the sun and the hot tub in the evening was lovely and refreshing. Gail was always good to have a chat and laugh with and plenty of advice. Only met Steve briefly but was so friendly. The area is very peaceful to relax and enjoy a drink or two! We didn’t go too far due to an injury but we were more than happy with this. We cannot fault this place at all. Everything was wonderful and we will visit again.
This was our second time back to Casa Rosina . We returned as we found the first stay very tranquil and idyllic. We were nervous returning to the same place again as generally we like to try new places but we were not disappointed. The moment I drove close to the Villa, that familiar feeling came rushing back and I felt I was 'home'. We settled back in so quickly this time as we knew the area, villa and tourist attractions. You can read our 1st review on this web page also under the heading 'Tranquil Heavenly Perfection Amazing views' this gives basic details about the villa and location. Nothing had changed and that's a real good thing. This is an amazing property in an a stunning scenic location with little villages dotted around; of which Pego is our favourite.{You will need a car.} Gail and Steve are the most superhosts and have very high standards and excellent customer service skills. The Villa is spotless, hot tub and pool and lovely garden. I can only advise you try it. You will not be disappointed with his villa. It is as you see in the pictures only much better in real life. I still get the wow factor with the views and I'm honestly just a wee tad jealous of Gail and Steve for the beautiful place they can call home!! Thank goodness they had it in their hearts to share it with others because really it is too good to keep all to themselves. We will return and hopefully many times again. We have found a true gem and you will too. Lou, Mark and Evan Ireland
