Stayed Oct 22, 2019Beautiful home! Was nervous about arrival because I never got a response from owner I had been communicating with that our driver was indeed picking us up at airport. The staff was kind but was having to be physically told each day to please clean up and make beds, take away dirty towels, supply fresh towels and toilet tissue. By day 5 it seemed like the house staff finally cleaned without being asked each day. The water also kept going off making showers and toilet flushing tough until the 5th day as well. We also didn’t have breakfast as requested one morning due to the house manager leaving for a meeting and only notifying us at 7:40am on WhatsApp that we had to tell her ASAP if we wanted food to be cooked for us. I responded yes please but still no one ever came cook as planned. We stayed about 11 days total and by 5th day things were better that the start but in comparison our friends in a villa next door never expletives any of these things. The Driver was amazing and very sweet and the staff was good at helping set excursions and appointments. Food wasn’t very good so we got take out mostly.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A group of 5 of us stayed at the villa in May, 2017 and had a great experience! The villa is just like it looks in the pictures. The koi pond entrance provides for a fun and relaxing entry and the view from the pool is gorgeous (especially at dusk). The location of the villa seemed to be south of most of our day trips. Bali isn't really walkable and the roads can get pretty congested. As a result, it can take quite a bit of time to get to your destination. That being said, the villa is in a pretty central location that allows you to go north or south easily. Supada (the house manager) truly made our visit excellent. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and very willing to drive you to the best locations. He provided great tips and recommendations for our day trips and allowed us to have a truly memorable experience. The villa is great but Supada really made our trip the best experience! I would highly recommend staying at Villa Leana if you want a beautiful, relaxing stay with great staff!
