Stayed Oct 23, 2016The house is fenced in with many other houses in a kind of housing estate - holiday homes - I did not expact this setting from the pictures - all other pictures from the interiour and the garden are showing what you see in reality. We stayed there as a familiy of four - 2 adults and 2 children - The place was perfect for that. However you need a car to get to San Vito Town Center. The host was not available a lot, we arrived quite late and picked up the key in a hotel in town, then we didn't get the chance to talk to the host in person for the whole week which was a bit strange as every other house in the estate was deserted too (end of October - out of saison) and we felt a bit left alone. However it is a nice place if you look for a quiet accommodation a bit of the beaten track. There is everything in the kitchen we needed to do basic cooking, fridge, freezer and washing machine to use.
