This was our golfing groups third year coming to Mexico Although the property is in a nice area, it was the most expensive place we stayed and our least favorite. The property is dated, kitchen has 1 roll of paper towels, salt and pepper, and that's about it. After asking for cooking pans, we got them the next day. Two ovens didn't work. The hot tub is very nice and heats up quickly. The cleaners did a good job each day. The transportation service upon arrival was a nice benefit.

We booked this place for a 13 person bachelor party and had an amazing experience. The Villa had plenty of space and beds for everybody to live and sleep comfortably and had amazing views of the hills of Pedregal and the ocean. Our concierge Ruben did a great job organizing transportation and responding to all questions and requests in a timely manner. Because of his help, it was very easy traveling to and from anywhere in town for dinner and activities. The daily cleaning and maid services every day that were provided was also a nice touch. We used Chile and Lime catering services for breakfast daily, lunch, and a chef’s tasting menu dinner. Mercario and his team did an excellent job on every meal and his chef’s tasting menu dinner was the best meal we had on the trip. They went above and beyond making us margaritas and other drinks with meals and handling all of the clean up. The service and meals by Mercario and his team of chefs was one of the highlights of our trip. Overall, we had a 10/10 experience and would happily work with Cabovillas again.

Came out for my 40th birthday. The house wonderful. You do need to take an Uber to get in and out of the property. A typical Uber is about 5-10 US Dollars. We had Uber Eats deliver food which also was very convenient. The area is very safe and you can walk down to the beach on the Pacific side, you just can’t get into the water.

This house was perfect for our group - each couple had their own room/private bath. The pool/hot tub was clean and great for our group. Only downside was not having one table for our group to have a sit down dinner - but we worked with your vendors to create a beautiful outdoor dining experience!! The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and we felt safe! We used CaboVillas to ensure our groceries were purchased before we arrived, we had two meals prepared at the house and our amazing house manager helped us set up transportation for our whole group when we went to town. I would highly recommend this house and the services!!

Everything was great. Only comment i would leave is that there should be more viable pool cues for the pool table and chalk

We stayed at this property for 6 nights with family and friends over Thanksgiving 23'. While the home is large, it's got an odd floorplan with four bedrooms that require going outside and down a few flights of stairs. We spent most of our time at the house in the main living room and outside by the pool. In general, the house feels old and dated, and not in a good way. It's clear that the owner/property manager do not invest in maintaining the property as they should. The kitchen was in the worst shape, with broken cabinets, faucets, and tons of empty cupboards. Many patches of tile falling off of the outdoor area around the pool including the pool, hot tub, bbq and bar area. Many items are broken, damaged, or do not work. The ruined Thanksgiving meal: On the day of check-in, we messaged the Cabovillas that the oven was not turning on. On Monday, three days before Thanksgiving, one of the burners turned on (gas flowing) and would not turn off. The housekeeper turned off the gas to the stove/oven. With daily follow-ups and explaining the urgency of the matter, the stove was not replaced until the day after Thanksgiving. We ended up going out to Hacienda restaurant for our Thanksgiving meal and washing away our sorrows with margaritas! The housekeepers were there daily, and he did his best, but ultimately it's the job of Cabovillas/property manager to make sure it's in good shape for their guests. This was far below the 14k price point.

We had an amazing experience and truly enjoyed the Villa! The place is huge with plenty of space for a large group! It was so nice to have so many bathrooms for 13 girls to get ready! Hands down the best experience was working with the whole CaboVillas team. The concierge service throughout the entire trip was incredible. From Alex K. helping prior to the trip with every question & recommendations I needed to Pedro during our trip welcoming us and setting up our taxi service was seamless. The grocery delivery service they offered was so easy & helpful and the catering recommendation was perfect! Thank you for taking such great care of us!!

What a gorgeous estate! Perfect spot for larger parties. Staff was beyond helpful and responsive. Already looking forward to my stay with Cabo Villas again!
