Tan leather armchairs and a deep cream sofa furnish the space, which stays comfortable with air conditioning, underfloor heating and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine and fridge, arranged around a dark stone island with bar seating, with sea views of their own.

Outside, the pool sits on a sun-drenched terrace overlooking the water, framed by a fenced, private garden. A barbecue and space for outdoor dining make the most of long summer evenings, ideal for slow family days away from the city. Location

Jadrina Beach, a pebble beach with clear water, is around a 5-minute drive, with a konoba about 10 minutes away. The sheltered bay of Sveta Marina, a well-known diving and snorkelling spot with reef walls and underwater caves, is roughly a 10-minute drive, alongside dive centres and bars. Labin's medieval old town, with its Venetian architecture, art galleries, museums and seafood restaurants, is around a 15-minute drive, and Rabac, with its seafront promenade, beaches and nightlife, is about 20 to 25 minutes away. For hiking, there's a viewpoint above Rabac near Labin's old town with panoramic views over the coast and out towards the islands of Cres and Lošinj, roughly a 10 to 15-minute drive. Wine lovers can visit nearby Istrian wineries for Malvasia and Teran, and local farms offering olive oil tastings, both around a 30 to 40-minute drive.
