Near the downtown. Some issues with homeless population. Furniture needs updating. Great location.

Excellent location, walking distance to Downtown district in Palm Springs. Host was quick to respond and easy to interact with. Nice to have off street parking. Would stay here again.

Unit was dated, but very clean. Host expected us to do chores even though a hefty cleaning fee was charged. Could not have been in a better location!

We were uncomfortable in this unit and left early. I would not recommend this unit for seniors: there were multiple raised door jams, raised hearth; the shower floors were slick and no hand grabs; the two sofas were covered with cheap throw ons which we could have lived with except there was no place to read: no lighting, no place for a light; the old-fashioned push in burners on the kitchen stove did not fit (oil in pans listed to one side, cooking difficult) Took us three days to figure out the TV access process (and I am a tech support person with computers.) I think this unit is just a crash pad: eat,drink, crash. We were there to hike and refresh our prior 10 years as snowbirds. Host cordial but unit very disappointing.

As other reviews state, location is great -- quieter street yet close, easy walk to downtown shops, eats, hiking trails (Cactus to Clouds, N Lykken; 1 mile to Tahquitz Canyon), also groceries. Easy to take in Thurs eve Village Fest on the main street if you like. Also echo other reviewers: Unit is basic (realistic expectations helpful), clean, comfortable. Kitchen equipped enough for basic cooking which was helpful for us. We enjoyed the pool (around the corner) after pool water was treated/cleaned (2nd day) and pleasant, pretty, pool side relaxation.

A short block away from all the shops/restaurants. Also able to walk to amazing hiking trails.

The location is the center of downtown Palm Springs so we could walk to most destinations. Comfortable living area and bedrooms. I would rent again.

2 blocks off the main drag through town. Great restaurants, stores, bistros, etc within a short walk. Nice large place, very nice. Neat and tidy grounds.

Wonderful stay and a great location! Only steps away from downtown. Easy to access unit. Good bathrooms and showers. Beds are decent. Pool isn’t located nearby, you need to go down the street to find it. But we actually never needed the pool anyway so it wasn’t a big deal. Will definitely stay here next time!

This villa is right in the heart of old Palm Springs. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and museums.

Priced accordingly. No frills, clean unit. Realistic expectations made it a nice stay.

Loves this villa!! So close to everything in downtown Palm Springs but far enough away that it is very quiet! Clean, well-appointed and perfect for our days away! Wish the pool was out our front door but close enough and an easy walk around the corner! Super great that cold water is pumped into the pool so that even at 107 degrees outside the pool was refreshing! Host checked in with us which was a nice touch! Thank you!!
