Villa 200 meters from the beach, ideal for families with children

The perfect villa for big family, very child friendly with the fenced pool. Highly recommended from all members of our 8 person family

As a family of 7 with age range of 13-52 years, we have enjoyed a fantastic week in this villa. The location is superb with walking distance to many restaurants, beaches, bars and shops. Such a beautiful area, the villa is rustic but lovely with lots of space, a great pool and lots of land around it. We would definitely return and highly recommend a stay here.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in this villa. It is spacious, very well located and spotlessly clean, with comfy beds.The owners were so helpful. The pool is excellent, very clean and a lovely temperature. The outdoor kitchen is great. Excellent for more than one family. There are lovely restaurants right on the doorstep (lots within a 3-5 minute walk with others just a little further - plenty of choice) and the main town is abut a 20 minute leisurely stroll down the sea front, with lots of shops, bars and further places to eat. The sea view is a real bonus.

This place is a gem spacious well equipped for eating sleeping etc it has 3 bathrooms one is outside near the pool but it does count! Its location is great close to a beach and 20 minutes walk into centre of Moraira and 20 minutes in other direction to a supermarket so many eating/drinking places as close as 5 minutes away in both directions! So praceful and we were in the height of the season. Host was brilliant our flight time changed and he allowed us to stay for the extra 5 hours which helped immensely with 2 under 2s! On a slight hill but beautifully situated. All in all a fabulous holiday enhanced wholly with this gorgeous villa.

We had a great time at the villa! Family & friends! The pool area is perfect size and really safe for our daughter, added bonus of toilet and shower room pool side. Table tennis was also a hit! The Villa is good size, plenty of pots pans glasses! We all slept really well, the shutters keep out all the light and heat, was worried as No aircon, but the ceiling fans were good ? Location was really good, plenty of restaurants close by to walk to and into Moraira itself 10mins which was fab! Only thing we’d want again if we returned was more pillows and towels other than that ? In a nutshell.., a fab holiday in a typical Spanish villa close to everywhere for a good price! Perfect set up for us with 3 families as a group of 10. Pool was amazing and outdoor kitchen and bathroom next to it meant we were able to spend day happily there, with plenty of shade coverage. House was clean and comfy with 2 further bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen for plenty of people. Ceiling fans kept us cool in the summer heat. Outdoor dining and seating overlooking the sea was beautiful. Supermarket about 15 mins walk away was a good size and there are a nice few bars on the way for a quick drink on the way home. Lovely access to the sea straight from the rocks there too, and a great seaside bar for morning coffee. At the bottom of the road there’s a couple of restaurants- pizza place was great for the kids and we also enjoyed a lovely curry. Within five minutes walk there’s a little shop and a pharmacy which were very handy. 15 minutes walk the other way and you’re on a beautiful beach with a great bar with ice creams. Moraira itself is lovely town with enough to explore for a weeks stay. We have been going on holiday as a group every year for 8 years now and this is definitely our favourite villa and town.

Absolutely brilliant Villa in a super location with a cute beach cove, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops in walking distance. Property was very accessible, with only a couple of steps, my mother was able to navigate well in her wheelchair. Plenty of space for us all and everything you could think of or need was provided. Pool was a hit with our children as was the table tennis table and lots of land for them to explore. Hosts were incredible, so patient and helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommend this villa, hope to return next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful holiday home. The location is a short walk from restaurants and shops and the property was clean and well appointed with everything needed for a good holiday. The pool was fantastic and was very well maintained and safe. The host was friendly and approachable. Thank you ?

We had a fabulous stay in this villa. The location is perfect. Easy walk into town and even closer to the beach. We were a family of 10. 2 Grandparents, 4 parents and 4 children aged 5,4,3 and 22 months. The cot provided was a full size (not a travel cot). The kitchen was well equipped and the outside kitchen an added bonus with BBQ and facilities and huge pan to make paella (which we did!) Huge pool which was a little chilly for the little ones but it was early in the season. Some restaurants really close by (even our toddler could walk to) were excellent and rated very highly on TripAdvisor. Good WiFi. All in all a perfect stay and would definitely recommend a visit again if we were in that area. Thank you Vincente for your excellent communication.
