Travelled with my wife and 3 year old daughter, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival, fridge was stocked with loads of food and drink items and villa was perfectly setup with numerous activities and toys for daughter including pool items. Would definitely recommend. Only thing I would raise to management is telling your cleaning team to take more time and attention on making sure everything is fully clean and safe before guests arrive as when we arrived, we noticed numerous small broken glass pieces on the front and driveway side of villa that were missed and luckily our daughter had her shoes on. Small detail but very important. Despite this enjoyed stay overall and will return.

The property was near faultless and our short stay was perfected by the outstanding service and support from Gabriel throughout. The welcome package was extensive and very much appreciated. The amenities provided throughout the villa were ideal for a family of four looking to have fun and relax. New bedding - a couple had marks on. Patio heater

Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Sogar viel mehr, als wir erwartet haben. Man benötigt zwar ein Auto für Einkäufe und Ausflüge, aber das war uns bewusst. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und groß. Klimatisierung per Fußbodenkühlung und Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Der Pool lässt sich per Knopfdrück verschließen, sodass er für Kleinkinder keine Gefahr ist. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und es waren bereits viele Dinge bei unserer Ankunft vorhanden wie Nespresso Kaffee, Obst, Öl, Salz/Pfeffer, etwas Wasser, sogar Wurst, Käse, Butter und Bier. Das Haus kann allen Familien mit kleineren Kinden uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden. Die Fenster lassen sich leider nicht abdunkeln, was für uns etwas schwierig war, weil unser Sohn früh schlafen geht. Leider ließ sich die Poolabdeckung in den ersten Tagen nicht öffnen, sodass wir den Pool fast den halben Urlaub nicht nutzen konnten. :-(

The welcome drinks, beers and sodas and water, BBQ set ready to fire the barbecue was great. Kitchen is great for food lovers well equiped. Double fridges is a must have. Bose Sound system is great if you manage the multiples remote controls, and the available PS4 if great for kids not to spend the whole day in the sun. The pool is good with an area for small kids. Never saw a house with ping-pong table, AND trampoline, AND football field. Garage to keep the car in the shadow is great. Airconditionner works like a breeze. Owner was VERY responsive to fix when the hotwater boiler broke down, it was replaced by himself within hours. Binissalem is very close to Palma especially for grocery Shopping (Alcampo / Olivar Market). We had a terrible last night, since new occupants from a house located 300 or 600m away made an astonishingly loud party until 5am. Not a minute of sleep. Hopefully our first 14 days where very quiet. Pool opening remote control shall have 2 Pool sticker on it. And should be ready at the kitchen, with the house manual instead of searching thru the whole house to find the manual. Cleanliness must be top notch, we found hairs in cabinets, etc... my wife has to reclean everything, in order to open her suitcase. Barbecue place with a grill which can be set upper or lower would be good. Synthetic grass becomes very hot by day. Main bathroom could be upgraded with Italianshower instead of old bathtub to get the Excellent instead of Good Accomodation rating.
