finca in the center of mallorca with a lot of tranquility and good views

This finca is a great central location from which to explore the island. We travelled to Alcudia and Cala Milloer in our hire car, and also used the train to get into Palma. There is a train station in Binissalem, but we found it easier to drive to Es Caulls where there is ample free parking at the shopping centre. From there, it's a 2 minute walk to the station and the fare for the 30 minutes train ride is less than 2.The house itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool is lovely, and the surroundings of the house are beautiful (there's a great view of the Serra Tramuntana from the garden).Xisco the owner was friendly and responsive to communication.Binissalem is a lovely small town with some good restaurants (we are at Volver and Es Pdal).Overall, highly recommended.

The house is in a good place, very close to Binissalem. It is also equipped well.The house is big enough for 6 adults, inside and outside. Francesco is a very friendly landlord.

This is a beautiful house with a very welcoming owner. It is conveniently located in the middle of the island but it was tempting to spend all our time in the house, enjoying the lovely swimming pool, with its great views, the games room etc.

Absolutely well equiped house which secured a lovely stay. Xisco was also a great host! I think we will definatly return!

We looked at a lot of properties before deciding and this one stood out over the others for us. I’m very glad to say it exceeded our expectations! The villa is beautiful and the ground well maintained and spacious! The villa was comfortable, roomy and well equipped and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. A great place for peace and tranquility, for just chilling out around the pool, playing pool or watching the local wildlife; the chickens living near by were particularly friendly! Great outdoor space with plenty of tables and comfy seating to enjoy the best of the days and nights there. Being situated almost right in the middle of Mallorca and not far from the motorway the villa is ideal for exploring all over the island; even the longest journey we made took less than an hour. It has Binissalem right on the doorstep for restaurants and smaller shops and then Inca less than 10km away for bigger shops and an amazing market on a Thursday; well worth a visit. Booking through Home Away was easy and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful; communication with Xisco was easy through the Home Away messaging service and reply’s were alway quick and helpful. Overall a fantastic place to stay and highly recommended!
