Utopia, villa 4 bedrooms, heated pool with absolute privacy

We had a brilliant time as a family of 4 in this wonderfully relaxing and peaceful house. It is in a really quiet area away from the tourist traps but close enough for everything in Playa Blanca (and elsewhere) to be really accesible. It felt very safe and secure. It's easy to find with a really sensible check in process. Rob (the owner) went above and beyond to ensure we had all that we needed in advance of - and during - our stay. We have 2 young children and have never been able to travel so light! We stayed in October half term and the pool was still warm enough to not need the heating on. The outside space and around the pool is totally private which is a rare find. Overall, it was clean and we had a truly relaxing time. We'll v likely be back!

We had a wonderful time at this villa with our family.The villa was spacious enough for 4 Adults and 2 children. Could have slept another 2 people. It was clean and very well equipt in the kitchen. The air con was good beds were comfortable and the showers worked well.The sunbeds were all new and very comfortable and the garden was very private. We walked to Flamingo beach and Playa Blanca beach with a 4 year old in 25/30mins. We also walked to the supermarkets and got a taxi back which was easy to do and cost around 5euros. Robe was very easy to contact before and during our stay giving advise and information about the area. We would highly recommend this villa and hope to return in the not too distant future. Utopia is excellent, it's clean easy to find, easy check in and near all the Playa Flamingo facilities. The pool is perfect for the kids to play in and there was plenty of space for a family of 6 or more. If you rent a car then you can get to the beaches of Papagayo and all the other attractions Lanzarote has to offer but if you prefer to walk then Playa Flamingo is an easy walk away as are 2 of the water parks. We travel with our autistic son and this villa was perfect with surrounding walls and lockable entries and exits so we never had to worry where he was. I'd highly recommend this for anyone but especially if you are travelling with a person with extra needs like we do.

Brilliant property, has everything you need. Was clean on arrival. Owner has been brilliant. Was in contact before we arrived. Always available if needed. A few minor issues when we arrived (cleaner forgot to turn boiler on) but owner sorted it within minutes. Nothing was too much for them. Even let us know about owing us a few pounds back for the air con. Kids loved the pool/table tennis table. Nice area. No problems. Short walk to Playa Blanca. Overall 10/10 and will be coming back.

Really enjoyed our post Christmas break to Rob and Elvira’s villa. As shown in the pictures on the site, situated in a quiet residential area but only 15-20min stroll to the restaurants/bars and harbour. On arrival we had an issue with the pool heating which the owner rectified immediately. Great communication with the owner before and during the stay. No complaints from the kids with the WIFI and good access to UK TV channels which was useful on occasion. Would recommend a car if only for shopping although a lot of local restaurants offer delivery services. Our first time to playa blanca and unlikely to be our last.

After a very stressful 2024, my family were in real need of a relaxing week in the sun; and that is exactly what we got. A lovely villa with a private pool. Delightful inside with all the facilities you could need and an extensive private space outside with plenty of quality furniture, bbq, loungers and even a table-tennis table. There is air-conditioning throughout and lovely comfortable beds We loved it.

Right from booking this villa, Rob, the owner, was in contact to see what we needed and to give details of what is there etc. He was always available and asked if we had any specific needs. When we got the to the villa, we could tell it has been tastefully refurbished. Everything was super clean, new towels, bed linen. The villa was spotless. Rooms a great size, a lovely lounge with all the TV channels you could wish for, kitchen with everything you needed and a wonderful outside space with lots of seating, shaded areas and a great pool. But what does set it apart is Rob whose only aim was to ensure we enjoyed our stay at the villa. He couldn't do enough. We have stayed at around 7 villas in Playa Blanca and this is one of the best we have been to - I can highly recommend this place!
