Urban Elegance 3BDR Apartment BSH

This apartment is large and in a good location. However, it is very sparsely decorated and stocked (e.g., the linens, seating). The payment process was somewhat of a nightmare and every time I asked management about it, they told me to talk to my bank, even though my bank was telling me the problem was not on their end. I was eventually able to make the payment go through (use Apple Pay if you are having problems using a credit card!) but I spent a ridiculous amount of time on something that should have been quick and easy.When we arrived, another group was in our apartment. Their code had worked to open our unit, which is a major safety concern. They had been there for 30 - 60 minutes and had been on the beds and in the kitchen. Management apologized when they found out but did not respond to our comments that the unit was not really check-in ready since other guests had been in there. The morning of check out, the cleaning person opened the outer door without knocking and started coming in and out about 30 minutes before check out time. We were surprised to have someone enter the unit (again!)--even though it was the outer door, the set up was such that we didn't have the inner door closed. Management again apologized but did not respond to our comments that this was inappropriate. Overall, the problems with this rental far outweighed the benefits.
