✔️ Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home and not any of the interior or swimming/hot tub areas.
✔️ The hot tub is on-demand and heated using propane. Guests are required to switch it on themselves prior to use.

✔️ Unregistered guests are not allowed. Additional fees may apply.
✔️Pets are welcome with a fee. Max # of pets: 2. Allowed Pets: Dogs under 50lbs. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
