Upscale 4 bedroom villa with large fenced backyard

Great home for a group getaway. Clean and just as described. Also, great communication with the host through the entire process.

For our purposes, the location was great. The house was clean and spacious. We experienced difficulty getting into the house when we arrived, but that was resolved fairly quickly.

We stayed at this property recently and appreciated the space, the location, decor and layout, but unfortunately, our experience was impacted by several issues that we feel future guests should be aware of.There was a strong mildew-like odor throughout the home, especially near the first-floor and second-floor bathrooms. We're not sure if it was from the carpets or plumbing, but it was quite noticeable. The master bathroom floors were not thoroughly cleaned—while the tiles were beautiful between the tiles had visible dirt.Some of the home’s amenities also need attention. The ironing board wouldn’t stay upright, so we had to use it on a counter. The kitchen spatula was severely rusted, making it unusable for cooking. One of the sinks in the master bathroom drained very slowly, and the smoke detector was beeping periodically, possibly from a low battery, which raised safety concerns.We also noticed a stain on the master bedroom carpet and scuff marks on the walls throughout the house were there when we arrived. Basic supplies like hand soap, dish soap, and paper towels were not replenished, which has been standard in other Premier Host properties we’ve stayed in. The hand soap container in all bathrooms and dish soap was half full.With some updates and a bit more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this property could provide a much better guest experience. We hope the host takes this feedback constructively, as the home does have potential.

Property was in a good location. Place was nice and roomy. We had no issues.
