Upgraded Orange Tree Home With Lots Of Extras!

The place was simply perfect for our needs. It accommodated a family of 8. House was clean and they had the little extra things that weren’t their responsibility such as washing detergents and dryer sheets. The parks were within a reasonable ride. But the children were more excited about leaving the parks to get back to the house to swim. And this trip was all about what they wanted to do! End result they were happy with the accommodations so we were happy!!

This house was amazing we have stayed at over 30 vacation homes this is one of the top! The heat in spa and pool worked so GREAT! There is nothing you have to buy besides food it has everything! The management company and the owner was right there if needed! Was very clean upon check in I highly recommend this home it was perfect

Terrific location, pool, family-friendly, game room, kitchen, laundry, very comfortable - everything we needed. Enjoyed by the adults and kids alike between park days and at the end of our park days.

Fantastic property, super clean, pool was great. 30 min drive to Disney and Universal. Property owners and management had great communication, before and during. Will stay again next time in that area. Family made many memories!!

House was great except it was a little warm set at 74 there was a note to not turn under 74. But other than that it was great

The heated spa was perfection! Very large spa compared to other homes we rented. Five adults fit easy and after you turn on the jets it’s nice and hot in about 10 minutes. Rooms and bathrooms are in different sections of the house so lots of privacy for us and our grown children. Multiple doors out to the pool area including from the master bedroom and from one of the bathrooms for easy removal of wet clothing. Alarm was easy to use and made us feel safe. Quiet neighborhood and very close to Publix and Walmart for food or snacks. If you are looking to not be right at the parks with all the chaos but close enough to still get there in a reasonable drive this is a great location. We also drove to tampa one day and it was only about an hour and twenty minutes.Just a warning the master bathroom doesn’t have a door, there is a water closet door but when you shower it is wide open to the bedroom. Beds were comfortable but I hated all the pillows…but I’m very particular with pillows so they may be fine for everyone else. And seems like a lot of people park in the road so it can be tight driving in and out.Definitely will stay again if it’s available!

We had a great week at this house. About 30 min from all parks, so relaxing to come back and use the spa after walking all day. So much room and perfect for our family. Will definitely book again when we come back!

Our stay was amazing, the house had everything my family needed plus more. It's like they thought about everything for us beforehand. I would definitely recommend to any family traveling to Florida.
