Stayed Apr 23, 2026Great spot for a stay in LBTS, literally steps from restaurants and beach. Rooms are nice and roomy, great water pressure for the shower! The host Wayne is great to talk to and responds to any questions. Highly recommended and we'll be back also!

Stayed Mar 1, 2025The property location is perfect. Very close to bars restaurants and the beach. Was there for 30 days and didn’t move my car. The accommodations were as advertised although I had a two bedroom and none of my friends came down! The owner and Rob were extremely nice and attentive. I’m coming back next year!

Stayed Feb 15, 2025The place is very quiet, comfortable and well maintained. The best feature is the location. Within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants downtown. The ocean is so close, and they provide you with chairs and umbrella. The manager Rob is there 24/7 and all you have to do is ask him and he will take care of anything you need. The owner Wayne visits quite often and is just as helpful.

Stayed Jan 15, 2025My husband and I enjoyed a lovely stay in Wayne’s property. It is a block away from the beach and all the activities of downtown. The apartment is updated, clean and comfortable. There are 3 tv’s so everyone can be entertained at the same time. We hope to stay there again next year!
