Unique, romantic and completely private

This resort is absolutely outstanding. Walter ist the owner and takes really good care of his property - all the little details are made with so much love. We stayed for 2 weeks and we had the best time at the Villa Vita. The beds are so comfortable and the kitchen is perfectly equipped and if you have any question or problem, Walter is happy to help you at Any time 🩷 plus, dogs are allowed to run free within the property! He has 3 lovely little dogs himself and also 3 goats within a separate medow. You just see and feel how much he loves his property, the animals and the nature. Furthermore, it is the perfect starting point for trips to whole Istria - nothing is really far away. We had an amazing vacation ??❤️

The house lays in the hosts garden. The host Walter lives in another small house vice versa with his 3 small dogs. Walter is incredibly friendly and helps you with all you might need. The house itself is new, has two bedrooms and bathrooms with showers, grouped around a small living room with a full kitchen. The dishwasher came very handy. It is clean and functional. A highlight is the very big roofed deck infringe of the house. You have access to a grill, the whole giant grove looks garden, an outdoor shower an a big pool. Additional there are three goats in a fenced area, which are very friendly but hungry ;) I can really recommend the house especially with children. But if your dog isn’t amicable with other dogs it might be difficult.

We spent 12 nights at the Villa Vita and had a great time. Walter is a great host and the property as well as the house is kept in excellent shape. Especially our baby enjoyed the company of the goats (fenced in) as well as the cats and dogs on the property. We also loved the spacious terrace with plenty of space for our baby to crawl. The Villa is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable.

He has made the domain into a true little paradise with nice little details everywhere. -the children loved the cats

We have had the opportunity to stay at the house in Labin. The house is exactly what the photos are showing. It's ideally located, close to everything you could need (beaches, store, ...), and provide everything you could need to stay there. Walter is a wonderful host, he helped us to discover the area and fulfilled all our requests throughout our stay. We are very pleased to have had the opportunity to stay there. I do recommend this stay to discover the north of Croatia. It's really wonderful place !!

As we arrived at Walters Villa Vita, we went out of the car and immediately felt like beeing in a part of paradise. Walter created this place with so much love and empathy, there are hundrets of perfect details which makes this place so special. After a few days everybody of us felt so relaxed like never before. The area is very big, I could even take walks with the dog without leaving the place. Both houses are perfectly clean and comfortable. We found everything there you need to have a wonderful stay. There is also an outside kitchen, which gives you everything to enjoy your stay. The view is unbelievable you have from this place. Every morning starts with just enjoying this wondeful view and every evening ends with just feeling blessed that you found this special place. I stayed there with my three children in the age of 15,16 and 17 and my dog. First I thought maybe the teenagers will be boring, but it wasn't like this....they enjoyed this place in the same way like me. Villa Vita has everything you could wish: You feel there a lot of harmony and positive energy and a good realtion to the nature. In every detail of this place you can see and feel the love with which Walter created everything by his own. He is a perfect host, he cares for everything and is very friendly and empathically. We travel a lot, but this holiday we had in Villa Vita was the most wonderful holiday we ever had. Thank you Walter for sharing this special place with us !
