This is it! Our stay was AMAZING and the owner was super responsive! We have stayed at this property a few times over our trips to Cabo, by far this unit is our favorite! We will be back and specifically look to stay in this unit agian.

We loved our stay! The view is incredible and the condo is well appointed, clean and perfect for our family of 4. Frank is an exceptional host - very responsive and helpful. The property itself is wonderful and we look forward to returning.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay in the Villa. Truly enjoyed the lanai and view. The pool was great and access to the beach. All staff were friendly.

The villa was exactly as it was described. The view was amazing! The property was very clean and beautifully maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend this villa.

I cannot say enough about this villa. It is simply beautiful with everything you could possibly need. The views were absolutely THE BEST! Frank was so attentive from the beginning of the booking until the very end. He is very responsive to any questions and provided great resources for restaurants and stores in the area. Definitely was an home away from home. The bellhops were so friendly and knowledgeable as well. Stay here and you won't regret it! 5 star all the way!

We found the hospitality and service excellent at La Estancia! The veranda was amazing and we had the best views of the ocean and the famous arch. We would definitely return to this property.

Everything you want in a condo! The best views of El Arco from every spot. Space to spread out inside. And the balcony- WOW! If you are headed to Cabo this is the place to stay. Close to downtown (5 min Uber or 15 min walk), right on the Sea of Cortez beach. Condo stocked with everything you need. I'm particular about paper products and hand soap and the like. It's all taken care of here.

Our stay was wonderful! everything from the staff, the view, pool, hot tub, food, it was all great. It's in the perfect location for everything. Very peaceful and quiet atmosphere. We will be back!

Villa la Estancia was beautiful! The villa was outstanding! The grounds, pool and beach were beautiful! It was easy to grab a quick and inexpensive cab into town to some wonderful restaurants. Mi Casa was our favorite - especially the lobster enchiladas! No need to rent a car; the agents try to rip you off with very expensive insurance and tell you it’s required. We left the Hertz office, canceled our reservation and took an Uber to the resort - super easy!

We love the Villa La Estancia and this Villa did not disappoint!!! Large, clean, well stocked and beautiful!!! The balcony was huge and the view was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

From initial booking/reservation to check out, everything was top notch. Friendly and helpful communication from owner and staff on site. Beds were comfortable. Towels were crisp white and soft. Rooms were clean. And the weather..... spectacular.

The size and layout of the villa was perfect. Thebalcony is enormous. We spent a lot of ti.e out there. Eating, playing cards, just chilling. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything you possibly need. Location is close to Downtown so a cheap easy Uber to Walmart and a vast amount of restaurants. We also enjoyed the Michael Jackson dinner a d show at the sister resort next door.

This place is truly a gem! Location is perfect! Close to restaurants, shopping, and marina. This literally is a resort, great restaurants, pools, bars and concierge in lobby. All of this with the privacy of your own place. The communication with the owner and manager were the best I have ever experienced. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Best vacation spot for families in Cabo San Lucas! You have access to 3 different properties. More restaurants and pools than you can imagine, and they have the best customer service ever! We come back every year, and it always feels like coming home!

I went with a couple friends. The view was great, the pool was perfect, balcony was big and wonderful for lounging with morning coffee. I didn't get a rental car, just used uber and it worked well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, clean, comfortable and very nicely furnished. Very accurate description and I don’t think we could’ve picked a better place to stay. This place has it all. Especially the view! We spent most of our time out on the balcony, when we were there. Everyone, especially our host, Frank, was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about everything we needed to know to make the most out of our stay. We definitely plan to return and stay here again.

The view exceeded expectations and Frank, the villa owner, was very helpful with all of the preparations. He went the extra mile to make sure we had a great trip. Estancia itself was beautiful and had everything you could want. But the easy walk into town was also a perk. Frank recommended the boat Rissalena and that was a highlight of our trip. We hope to be back soon and absolutely recommend this villa!
