D101 is a wonderful property. We had a very relaxing stay.

We had stayed in this condo once before and were happy with it so we booked it again. Condo had been updated and was amazing! Kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking item and utensils you could dream of. Beds are comfy, great pillows, lots of towels. The management team was superb! Quick to respond and took care of everything! They arranged our airport transfers, rental car and had it delivered to condo. It was there when we arrived! We will go back!

We knew we loved Wailea and wanted to stay on beach side. Location was perfect! Could walk to beach, pool, shopping, dining and drinks. Villa was beautiful and perfect for family of 5. Kitchen had everything and we enjoyed cooking dinner twice. Gourmet grocery store walking distance made everything so easy! Loved our private plunge pool and relaxing on lounge chairs. Will definitely go back!

The property was phenomenal. Close to the beach, great service and management was very responsive and attentive. Thanks PPV, you made our stay fantastic.

This was our second stay at Wailea Beach Villas and D101 was absolutely beautiful. The staff are excellent without exception and amenities are top notch.

Fantastic location, right on Wailea Bay. The property is impeccably maintained, and is extremely quiet. We celebrated our honeymoon there and it was the perfect spot for relaxation, a day trip to Lahaina, dinner at Mama's in Paia, and several meals, shopping adventures, and strolls around The Shops At Wailea. We would not hesitate to stay again.

The property was just newly refurbished with beautiful, tasteful decor. All was very comfortable & the ocean view was the icing on the cake. The villa was well stocked & wish we had better checked it out before we grocery shopped. My only complaint was that I didn't enjoy the numerous communications with property management both before & during stay. I want it to be simple & not listening to messages or returning phone calls when I'm preparing for/on vacation. The various calls from different folks made it difficult to know who to call back & calls backs yielded voice messages that didn't seem to be from the folks who had left me messages. Also, request for concierge to provide info on hiking trails and fishing was a flop, as she just referred me to a tour service. That said Dave @ Wailea Beach Villas provided me with excellent info on several options for hiking around Maui that fit my requests. Clean up/reduce unnecessary phone communication and emails and I'll give the property 10 stars out of 5 ;) Can't wait to go back!

Perfect retreat with beautiful setting, views, and amenities. We brought our 2 adult children for our 25th anniversary and the villa had so much space to enjoy each other and have quiet time. Lots to do outside. There is a daytime pool from the hotel next door which can be noisy, during the day on weekends, but the week was perfect! We will definately come again!

We visit Maui 2 or 3 times a year but this trip was by far the best. Coco Palms is incredible! We would highly recommend this property.
