Located in a quiet and secure area, not far from the beach: about 10 minutes on foot, all amenities are nearby, vehicle not necessary. The swimming pool is private and surrounded by a 1000m2 tropical garden with many coconut, palm, flamboyant, banana, tropical flowers.
The maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden is ensured by our staff as well as the daily cleaning (Except Sunday). In our absence, it is a French woman living in the neighboring villa who takes care of the managementof our villa as well as the reception of vacationers, she is listening to them during their stay. She can organize the transfer from the airport to the villa and give a lot of advice because she knows the area well.

    House was within 5-10 minute walk to everything in the village. Great beaches and restaurants close by. House is dated but has lots of character. It was clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Kitchen counters are not in good shape and could use an upgrade. A small microwave would also be a great addition. The garden area around the house is in need of attention. The outside grill was not useable. Power was off for 16 hours in the village due to a fallen tree. The house has no back up power system available. Marine, the property manager, was great. She was very friendly and helpful and was quick to respond to whatever we needed during our stay.

    We enjoyed every minute of our time at this perfect getaway place, Time at the house, in the pool and around town. Only a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach. There are many eating options for breakfast lunch or dinner. We enjoyed every evening eating at the different restaurants on the beach while watching the sunset. Las Terranes is a must see place. No worries about how to get there. Taxi is available if you like comfort, but the bus is an easy and great option if you like local culture and is much cheaper. Enjoy
