Enjoy the beauty and authenticity of this four-bedroom typical beach house in Las Chapas Playa. The interiors have a design meant to delight the eye. The white marble floors, the simple furniture, and the carefully chosen decorations all create a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The garden and terraces, the heated pool (9mx5m), the ping-pong table, the outdoor gas BBQ with dining table for 8, and the nearness to the beach are meant to complete the joy of a memorable holiday spent with your family.

~ Inside
The living room of this beautiful house is the cool oasis of the property: marble tiles on the floor, a discreet minimalist design, and a wooden fireplace. The sitting area has two comfortable sofas and a reading lamp placed by the fireplace.

The dining area, placed next to the open-plan kitchen, has a wooden table for six. The kitchen has all the utilities needed, plus an island with two barstools. The second sitting area has a flat-screen TV in front of a sofa and is directly in the courtyard of the property.

The two bedrooms on the ground floor have two single beds each (90x200cm), air conditioners, nightstands with lamps and spacious recessed wardrobes. The family bathroom has two separate rooms, one with a toilet and sink and a separate room with a sink and walk-in shower. On the ground level, you have a completely equipped laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, you have the other two bedrooms equipped with two single beds (90x200) with impressive sea views and pool views. The master bedroom has a small balcony with a mosaic table and two armchairs. Both bedrooms have air conditioners. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower and a sink.

~ Garden and terraces
The plot (600m2) of this villa is split into a pool area, an entertainment area with a ping-pong table, a BBQ area with a dining table for 8 and a lounge area with sun loungers and an umbrella. You may enjoy the benefits of the sun or simply spend some time in the heated pool (9 m x 5 m) with Roman steps (heated pool charged extra from 450 euros per week, please inquire for exact price) in the middle of a garden with freshly cut grass and exotic vegetation. There is an outdoor gas BBQ with all the needed equipment and a dining table for 8. The terrace has a dining table with 8 comfortable chairs. The sitting area has a small coffee table and comfortable, spacious armchairs.

~ Neighborhood
The villa is located in the exclusive Las Chapas Playa, a quiet neighborhood of beautiful private villas. The entire area is secured and by night security guards patrol the streets.

~ Beach
The beach Playa el Alicate is at three minutes walking from the villa (370m). It's one of the best beaches in the area, with fine sand, a width of 25m, no rocks and moderate waves. The good thing is the medium occupancy which means that even in the busy summer months you can still find a place on a sunbed that you can rent from one of the beach chiringuitos. There are a few famous chiringuitos and beach restaurants right in front of the villa (South Beach, Los Sardinales, El Hipopotamo, Los Canos) that serve delicious international and local dishes.

~ Shopping/Restaurants
The nearest supermarket, SuperSol, is at just 700m (10min walking) from the villa. In the same area you have a very good German bakery and various restaurants like the Italian one, Da Fabio or Veranda Verde inside the Royal Tennis Club.The biggest mall and shopping center in Costa del Sol, La Canada, with over 150 shops, is only 8km (8min drive) away. Here you can find a large variety of products, from clothes to food or construction materials, including Al Campo hypermarket, cinema and bowling center. There are also other local supermarkets in the area (at just 5km), SuperSol, Mercadona, Lidl or OpenCor. It's important for you to know that all shops are closed on Sundays, except OpenCor (located at a 5 min drive) that is open 24h. The nearest restaurant is South Beach, at just 350m from the villa, right on the beach. Here you can also rent sun beds and spend an entire day relaxing on the beach with good food and great cocktails. Mozaic is another good restaurant opened all day, for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is located at only 450m from the villa.

~ Activities
If you are planning a golf trip, this location is ideal. There are three renowned golf courses very close to the villa (1.3km), Marbella Golf Country Club (designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones Senior), Rio Real Golf (18 hole golf course with club house and wellness center, considered in the top 5 golf courses in Spain) and Santa Clara Golf (18 hole golf course, designed by Enrique Canales Busquets). If you are passionate about tennis, at only 700m from the villa you have The Royal Tennis Club. The Club is renowned for its clay courts, the best on the Costa del Sol, where racquet sport can be enjoyed in the fresh air, in a natural and tranquil environment. For your kids or for a family activity, we have the perfect place at just 4km, Aventura Amazonia Park, the largest adventure park in Andalusia.The area is also very well connected to nearby towns and cities, only 10 minutes drive to Marbellas city center (7km), just 20 minutes drive (18 km) to famous Puerto Banus, the pole of luxury and parties, and 40 minutes to Malaga International Airport (46 km).

    We stayed there in June for an annual golf trip and the villa did not disappoint. Rooms were lovely. Kitchen was lovely. The pick of the bunch for us was the outside kitchen which was stunning and got a lot of use. Dragos and his team were brilliant for the whole duration of our trip.

    In the area a lot of new houses are built, but we loved the original details! Cosy and with all modern equipment (new cooker/dishwasher/coffeemachine) to make life easy. We enjoyed the stay very much and look forward to coming back soon!

    We had a lovely Holiday with our family, Dragos was a great Host, check in was nice and easy and the property was as described. We had a small issue with the property but it was dealt with straight away by Dragos so we couldn’t ask for more. The House is perfect for a family looking for a nice relaxing Holiday in a lovely quiet location located very close to famous Puerto Banus and Marbella Old Town. We would highly recommend and would Love to return again. ?

    We really enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful, being a short walk to the beach and restaurants and shop within walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful, even after our stay, to arrange for a personal belonging left at the villa to be returned to me.
