Zion`s Gate I is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5-bathroom townhome in Southern Utah. Conveniently located off I-15, Exit 16, and is a short scenic drive directly to Zion National Park and 5 minutes away from downtown St. George. The neighboring home is identical and can be rented for an extra-large group – see Zion`s Gate II. The perfect place for your next Southern Utah getaway with family or friends!

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and small appliancesincluding a coffee maker and blender as well as all the needed dishes, utensils, and basic cooking items to make your stay just like home! The space is fully furnished with comfortable high-quality luxury furniture and linens. There are four bedrooms, but a bean bag sleeper pulls out into a queen-sized bed in the TV room. The home has a small backyard equipped with a natural gas BBQ and seating for 12. It also has a front courtyard with additional seating. This property has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation and is fully stocked with all the essentials. The complex has access to two beautiful pools (heated all year round) and hot tubs that are a 5-minute walk from the home. There is also a clubhouse that has games, foosball, and a gym! The Clubhouse can be rented to groups. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. Smart TVs are available on all TVs.

The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7 am-10 pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room.

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes wine glasses, a coffee machine and filters, a crockpot, an electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, a tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils.

Check-in is 4 pm. Check-out is 11 am.

For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters.

There is a garage door opener and pool key fob hanging above the computer desk in the kitchen. Please return items there upon departure.

    We have rented this property before and the one next door. We love coral ridge. However the place seemed a little run down. Carpets were very dirty especially in the master with many large dirty spots. Floor boards especially in the bathrooms looked like they had not been dusted in months. Also the bathroom rugs were stained and seemed dirty. Not typical of how it has been in the past. Other than that it was great. Close to anything you want to do.

    Very nice house in a good location. It had the amenities we needed. The door hadn't been reset for me to login so we called in and tried some other things and eventually they gave us a garage code number and that worked. The listing said that there were 2 couch beds and both were broken and unusable. The listing also stated that there were 2 bean bag type beds and there was only one. So we had to figure out where everyone was sleeping, so we're not very happy about that. Nice house, easy access to the freeway, quiet neighborhood.
