True Beachfront! Walk Out to White Sand & Turquoise Water-102

The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of seating for us to have time together and plenty of room to spread out. Plenty of loungers on the patio and on the balconies. Two tables available to eat outside. The beach was gorgeous and felt private. We only saw one family at most when we were out there. Walking into the gorgeous water it is rocky so I would recommend water shoes.Mike sent a thorough list of recommendations. We booked Chef Everton Smithand his meal was excellent!! Great experience and would definitely use him again. We booked a half day private fishing charter with Born Free that was great. Not only did we catch our dinner but we did some excellent snorkeling. We decided to use Born Free for a full day tour also. We fed the iquanas, pigs, swam with nurse sharks. We enjoyed the tour but two of the aduts suffered some minor injuries. I would do it again but not sure I would recommend for small children.Overall we had a great vacation and will definitely book this house agaij!

The set up was perfect. Very convenient to walk right out to the beach and pool and not have to pack a bag. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the grocery store was right around the corner. We did get bit quite a lot but we're not sure what kind of bugs, as we didn't see any mosquitoes, so wear bug spray at night/early morning.

Excellent stay and great communications

The house was just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Full kitchen/grill made cooking easy. Appliances are newer and everything worked. Excellent stay, highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this three-level beachfront townhome in Palm Cay. With a family of two adults and three kids, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The property was clean, well laid out, and as advertised.Check-in and checkout were straightforward and easy. Mike was responsive and helpful, and his activity suggestions (including boating options) were appreciated.We really enjoyed barbecuing on the beach and making use of the outdoor loungers. The white sand beach is ideal for younger children, the beach had calm water and was very family friendly. We made good use of the pickleball courts and playground. We also had extended family staying in other nearby units, which made it an especially nice group experience in Palm Cay. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a family-friendly setting

Our host was propt at answering any of our questions and very accommodating. The food was good and the villa was perfect!

This home is amazing. From the beginning - great communication and recommendation's. This house everything waiting for you- wonderful beds and linens. Amazing kitchen with water purifier. Floats, towels, snorkel equipment. We’re coming back!

Beautiful spot and great location

Beautiful villa in Palm Cay! The place was spotless and very well maintained. Matt was an excellent host—great with communication and quick to respond to any questions. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time at Billabong Villa with our two young kids and grandparents. The space is modern and roomy. The beach is just a few steps from the rear patio. The views from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies are gorgeous! The host, Mike, was kind and gracious and everything we needed we had so we were left to enjoy the villa in peace and quiet. Highly recommend this rental.

Beyond amazed with this property. Ocean is right out your back door. House was gorgeous and host was beyond a gem! He was full of knowledge for area and had best ideas for our perfect trip for 8 nights. Highly highly recommend. We will be back. Thank you so much Mike!

The property was everything we hoped for, incredible location, clean, private and very well appointed. Matt was very attentive and a great host! Wish i could go back tomorrow!

First let me start by saying the beachfront property does not disappoint! The views are stunning, right on the beach couldn’t ask for more. It’s nice and tranquil without the downtown hustle and bustle. We enjoyed every second of this property. A couple of minor upgrades could be in order the grill wasn’t in complete working order but we made do, and the mattresses could use an upgrade. Aside from that everything was great and as described in the listing. Would definitely return! ,

Beautiful, spacious, well equiped condo on the beach, check. Condo close to the cafe, outside bar and restaurant, check. Condo close to the workout facility, check (although there is a cost for the outdoor bar and workout facility we thought it was worth two in our group that excersised to pay the fee). Jet ski, paddleboard and kayak rental right on the beach, check (we rented some jet skis at Paradise Beach close to Atlantis but the units at Palm Cay were superior and Paulie who rented them to us at Palm Cay was a cool guy). Supermarket and liquor store a short drive from the condo, check. Driving on the left side of the road was a trip and you may not need a car but we were pleased we rented one just for our short trips to the store. Worth renting this unit again, check!

We had a fantastic week in paradise staying at Palm Cay in a villa on the beach!The view and sunrises were to die for! Can never get enough of the blue water and palm tree views!Villa was perfect for our family of six adults, communication was extremely responsive, information provided prior to stay allowed us to determine whether we should rent a car, dinner, options, excursions, etc.!Prior were on point!Fun to see the big resorts while we were there but loved the privacy of Palm Cay!Getting out on a boat excursion is a must!Cheryl’s taxi service was very reliable if you choose not to rent a car.Thank you for a perfect January getaway!

We stayed in two condos next door to each other in the same building and it was the perfect place for a large group.Both units (both owned and rented from Mike) were well equipped, clean and had everything we need to enjoy or stay.The location is perfect and the property is beautiful. Mike was very easy to communicate with and very helpful with providing information about the island. We would love to return!

Property location was the highlight of our stay. Right on the beach and close to the cafe and restaurant. Beautiful quiet and clean beach. Property host was responsive and very helpful. Would stay again.
