The master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, closet, 32 HD TV. The en-suite has a double vanity, hairdryer, toilet and a soaking tub and separate Roman shower.

The large open concept living area has 1 sofa, 1 love seat and 2 chair that seats 7, a 50 smart HD TV, a formal dining area that seats 6 You can extend your living space out via the French doors to the large, screened lanai and pool area; soon to be your favorite room!


Enjoy relaxing and sunbathing on one of 4 lounge chairs next to your 24 x 12 foot sparkling private heated pool while you enjoy the beauty of Rotonda's nature preserve. Also located on the lanai are a BBQ grill and a dining set with seating for 6, there is NO TV. A great area to enjoy peace and privacy after spending the day at the beach, boating, or a nearby golf course.


Have your breakfast and morning coffee from the filtered coffemaker on the lanai as you plan your day! The kitchen opens to the living area and features solid counter tops with an island and 2 stools, ample cabinets and pantry, dishwasher, microwave, range, and everything else you need for preparing, cooking, and serving your vacation meals. making this the perfect space for cooking and entertaining.

The area enjoys a location that is both secluded and tranquil. You can discover the Real Florida There are wildlife reserves where you can walk or bike, many wild animals are spotted in the community including Armadillos, Bob Cats and Wild Pigs. Alligators are plentiful in the canals and lakes.


For cyclists and joggers there is the Rail/trail a disused rail line to Boca Grande that runs adjacent to Rotonda.
